Well, after 4 phone calls and two hours I was told my pizza was delivered WHEN IT CLEARLY WASN'T. I was told to call back every 25 minutes to check on my delivery and then when, after 3 hours, I still didn't have a pizza or an apology, I requested a refund and was told the manager wasn't there and I would have to call back for a 5th time.
51.00 dollars wasted. Absolutely ridiculous. I have never had such horrible service. And after all the calls and no pizza, they still charged my credit card.
Unbelievable.
Got the Triple Treat box after not having Pizza Hut in years and the pizza had no bacon when I ordered both with bacon. The bread sticks and cinnamon bread was put in the same box and nothing to separate the two so we had cinnamon garlic bread. Now I remember why I stopped eating pizza Hut.

THE WORST!! Food was made wrong the first time. I took it back for them to remake and got an attitude from the girl working there. Took it home again and It was gross so I took it back to get a refund. The manager in training contacted her GM (Jeffrey) and I went in yesterday to speak to him about the refund he said he would process that morning but never did. He had an attitude as well. I went back to the store again today and the GM was there again and said he hasn’t had time to contact his district manager to issue me my refund. He gave me an attitude again. No customer service; not sure how he even has his job. It’s been 3 days and still no refund. I’ll be contacting corporate and the Better Business Bureau because they steal your money and shouldn’t be operating.
** Update I got my refund today (4 days later) after days of back and forth and a lot of hassle. Never ordering from Pizza Hut again!

Why is there no number that actually connects to the store?? I needed to make a change and got routed elsewhere and then hung up!!

Food was cold. Delivery person lied about delivery time.Got text from Pizza Hut delivery stating pizza and wings were delivered. 20 mins later order arrived. Called attempting to report. Apparently call center for customer service is in another country. They transferred to manager at site, but no answer and eventually call was disconnected with no response.

We placed our order at 7:29 pm. The WRONG order was delivered at 8:20 pm. They marked it as delivered in their app at 7:46 pm - in order to game their internal metrics, or as it’s commonly known as: lying. The manager said the driver was about to leave with our order, when two more orders in our area came in so the driver decided to wait and take all three. AND now they’re not answering the phone. Poor customer service caused by poor management. Oh, and the pizza was lukewarm. I want my money back.

I am highly disappointed with my interaction at this establishment today. I called place an order and by no surprise, nobody answered, therefore my call was transferred to a call center. I placed my order, for which I needed in a timely manner, and I show up to find out they thought my order was a "prank" due to the large number of pizzas I ordered. At no time was I contacted to review my order although they said they did call. They mentioned they would prepare the pizzas then but as I mentioned, I needed them in a timely manner. This is very frustrating and unprofessional. If you are unable to answer your phone but question the legitimacy of orders taken from your companies call centers-- this needs to be reviewed with corporate and not at the customer's expense. Now, I'm returning to work with no lunch for my colleagues and our lunch break is over.

This location is our favorite Pizza Hut in Greensboro. The location is always clean and the staff is always friendly. We never have any issues with our food. Thank you for the amazing work you all do.
