They try to charge you more in person. Probably pocketing the difference. Worst experience ever. The 2 women had the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered in customer service. It was snowing. You have no idea what people are going through. If you don’t like your job get another!!!

You people are worst, nobody should go to them. After waiting for 2 hours they cancelled my order at 1am in night and i slept hungry.

This Pizza Hut sucks! I placed a delivery order for pizza, boneless wings with ranch and cinnamon sticks with icing. No ranch or icing was in the box when I opened them. I do not have a vehicle so going to the store to pick up these items weren’t an option. They also never answer the phone when you call. They are probably tired of the complaints..well just make the orders right so ppl won’t complain

I've never had a pizza hut convert me to Doordash. This one did and I'll never order again. I tried to call the driver Lena and it went straight to VM. I texted and got no response. I found the pizza laid at my door without the drink I ordered. I have an issue having my food delivered in a crack mobile.

Ordered a couple weeks ago, they got the order wrong. Had to contact to sort it out and got a coupon. Used the coupon today, with great difficulty, just for the order to be wrong again. 3 missing items and 2 wrong items. It's not very hard to mess up 1 thing, but 5 things are incredibly impressive. I'm not sure if they don't get the exact ticket the way we order it or what goes wrong between point A and point B. Will not be ordering delivery again.

I went in right after going to the bank and only had $100 on me my food was $45 so I didn’t think change would’ve been a problem but I was told by a worker that they denied my money because his coworker was to lazy to go to the back and get change so they wasted 2 pies 2 orders of wings and bread sticks just for laziness it’s sad how no one wants to work anymore .

Ordered a pizza, 8 piece boneless wings, and breadsticks carryout. Got home pizza was wrong. Husband took it back while I called the store to have it fixed before he got there and no answer just constant ringing until disconnected 3 times. He tells them the problem and waited another 15 minutes for yet again the wrong pizza. Meanwhile I'm at home and notice our boneless only had 7 (not even worried about that). He waited 15 more minutes for the third time and is so frustrated by this point bc one of the employees was talking junk about him being difficult and another customer had also arrived with an incorrect pizza so he just took the 3rd pizza and left. Gets home and what do you know IT'S WRONG AGAIN!!! OH and customer service only wanted to offer me $10 credit which I have to call to use and as I found out today they never answer so a lot of good that's going to do us. The manager was disrespectful and the employees didn't seem to even care that they were supposed to be working instead they were just hanging out and goofing off outside.

Cool delivery driver Zaee, made a joke about how quick I answered the door. I tried to find my wallet to give him a bigger tip and he kept telling me it was ok and enjoy the pizza

Honestly I gave them one start because I had to to leave a review. First of all, I ordered a pizza online and unfortunately I thought I had ordered it to this store, so I went there and asked them, they were extremely rude about it. Didn't even check to see if they had an order they just told me that they havent had an order in an hour and copped an attitude. So when I went to check my email to read the confirmation code and the store number, I called back to ask them if that was there store number...He said no, then proceeded to talk to someone else why I was trying to ask him if he knew who's store number it was, then he hung up on me. He was also laughing and talking to his co-worker like he was mocking me. These people are extremely rude. It was a mix up when I ordered online but instead of trying to help or being polite and nice about the situation, they were rude and arrogant. I work in customer service and I know how frustrating it can get sometimes but you just don't treat people like this. The other store that my pizza was at were extremely polite and understanding. Not at all like this store. Will never, ever order from this one again. Get a grip
