If I could give a 0 I would. Received a text my order was delivered at 309. no food. Went to the buildings across from my building. No food. Immediately called and was told the system showed out for delivery call back in 10 minutes (call center). Called back was told the same thing to call back in 10. Called back a 3rd time was forwarded to the store, spoke to someone and was told my food was delivered and hung up on. Called back again got the store and asked to speak to a manager a woman said she was a manager and was told the driver said my order was delivered to building ##33 (wrong address) and there’s nothing she could do. I said that’s not the right building number she said I misspoke. 😑 She said the driver was very descriptive and handed my food to a man putting a shirt on and I was hung up on again (mind you, NO MAN LIVES WITH ME). Called back again, receiver picked up and hung up on. Called back again (now I’m infuriated), receiver picked up and hung up.
I typically don’t have any issues with this store but what I experienced today was beyond disrespectful.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this location. The store was dirty from the moment I walked in floors, counters, and even cooked dough just sitting out on racks in the open. It felt very unsanitary.
I ordered chicken Alfredo, which was honestly the worst I’ve ever had from Pizza Hut. It tasted like the chicken or cheese was old. My order was supposed to include breadsticks, but I was told they were out and given boneless wings instead. The wings were cold and just as bad.
Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I won’t be returning to this location. Management seriously needs to deep clean the store and retrain staff on food safety serving cold food is unacceptable!

Popped in to get a pizza after a 3day beach vacation, on the way home, so I wouldn't have to cook. Wasn't even sure they were open, until I pulled the door. Dark & extremely hot, inside. I had to sit next to the employee fan, while waiting on my pizza. Floors & counters didn't look very clean. The guy at the counter was sweet. Not great that you can only get stuffed crust with a large sized pizza.

The lady was rude with a nasty attitude. We were there twice, they didn't have any air both times. The food was ok, nothing to brag about. We won't be going back there

Every time I come here, which is pretty regularly I get perfect service, the time to wait given online is usually just about perfect, and the food is so solid. I love their pan pizza and was excited for the cheesy bites return. The pizzas are always perfectly cooked and I'm a sucker for those cinnabon mini bites, if you get those though, splurge the 99 cents for extra frosting. Just wanted to thank yall for always being a great choice for dinner. Oh and pepperoni ranch is insane.

How do you have a fine in restaurant and not have any cups? I went to eat in and got their meal deal of medium pizza, bread sticks, and a 2/liter drink and was told they didn’t have cups or ice but I could switch to 2/20oz drinks and it would be the same price. The math ain’t mathing on that one and I’m just baffled.
