Cassandra is VERY RUDE. No customer service at all BOTH times I’ve been in here. Attitude is trash, acts like she can’t clarify questions about PIZZA. She don’t have time for it, or to fix it, but she works here. Nobody goes in here, it’s never busy.

I never received my food on Saturday, March 8. It kept telling me the delivery was on its way and then it kept getting delayed long story short never received my food. Went to bed hungry.

Ordered a med pizza ($45 w delivery tip) was sent a personal size. Tried to get corrected, which was a nightmare in itself, and was then sent dipping sauce as the replacement. Who sends dipping sauce w a delivery driver like its worth a trip?? 2 deliveries and still couldn't get food. No one would pick up the phone at this location. One of the most insane orders I've ever seen go wrong. Don't take your chances.

I walked in and ordered a large tavern style pizza and I thought nothing of it at first but then I looked in the kitchen and saw people making pizzas with no gloves on, not only that one of the old men in there was wiping his forehead with the back of his hand and continuing to make pizzas I was so disgusted I asked the huge guy that took my order why aren't they using gloves and he said they don't have to 🤢🤮at that point my pizza was handed to me and rather than make a scene I leave as I was going out the door I said out loud I will never come back here again a gentleman seated by the door (picking up door dash) said he don't blame me ..I really wanted a refund but I just took a lost and a lesson
Music so loud you have yell your order at employee and since they don't give you a menu it is absolutely difficult to get the order correct.i will never go back here. Food was not good

It's been an hour and the app says my pizza is still preparing.
I ordered at 7:40. No updates (8:56)
So far I've called 9 times to try and get help and got hung up on every time, no answer.

Watched a lady making pizzas touch the food with her body, they got my order wrong twice and gave me an attitude when I called back up there.

Absolute, TRASH. They use door dash for delivery now and if there is a problem, then no one can help. 8 phone calls and nothing was solved. $35 for 1 cold pizza that took an hour and half. Updated to add that email address from the "owner" isn't a good email address. Email was returned as non deliverable. 🙄

I hadn't been to a seat down Pizza Hut in years. Well I guess I will not go back at least to this one. Service was horrible and after ordering at the counter we realized how dirty the place was. If I didn't already order I would have left!

I had a terrible experience the employee was very disrespectful I was hung up on multiple times my order was wrong & nobody fixed it even when I called a head of time & still no one fixed my food was brought out to me wrong then I called & talk to tameka & she was very rude she threatened me over the phone she is very unprofessional & doesn’t deserve that position as a manager

They can get it just right or miss the mark all together. Last pizza had sparse toppings and no extra mushrooms like I requested. Could barely see or taste the onion and peppers , bc hardly had any. The kitchen was So nasty looking made me want to leave my pizza. But, had paid online.
Just looked like they never cleaned the place back where they cook

Leaving one star and will outline why I've docked 4 stars.
- Pizza quality is highly inconsistent. One day your order will be spot on, and the next 5 times you order it will range from slightly off to wildly different.
- DoorDash is not a good delivery service. Sometimes you'll get warm food, sometimes you'll get cold food with a funny smell. Inconsistent by design almost.
- Food, even when it's a custom order that's obviously made fresh, often takes old and stale. Maybe it's the dough, maybe it's the ingredients.
- Inability to put sauce on pizza. Even if you order extra sauce you will reliably get less sauce on a large than most other Pizza Hut chains in the US put on a personal pan. I don't know if this franchise is cutting corners on sauce or what, but it's terrible.
I try it every couple of months since moving back to the area last year, but it's so inconsistent and disappointing I'm giving up. Not trying again and I recommend you go elsewhere as well. Maybe Elizabeth's at Quaker Village? HomeSlice has fallen in quality too so that's about all that's left in this little corner of the boro.

Ordered through the Pizza Hut app from this location and when the delivery driver showed up to drop off my pizza they told me they had to take it back or I had to pay them extra cash to get my pizza. The driver claimed the manager said my payment only “partially went through”. I had to call this Pizza Hut directly to speak with the manager for them to tell me the same thing. Ultimately they ended up offering to “refund” my order - we’ll see if that ever happens. Either way, if you want to actually eat your pizza, I would avoid ordering from this place.
