This spot smell horrendous as soon as you walk in the door! It truly smells like the sewer from the ground. In addition, they charge for sauces. They don't wear masks either. They DO NOT WEAR masks over the food! At all! My meal should be free!

I love this Pizza Hut. Started using it within the last year so maybe it is under new management now. Pizza is my favorite delivery chain and they were super friendly. Yum!

I've ordered from this Pizza Hut about 5 times in the last 2 years because it's on my way home from work and have never had a customer service problem. I was surprised to see all the recent bad reviews. We ordered 2 large 3 topping pizzas online for contactless carry out. Followed the online directions exactly and went to get the food. When we got to the parking lot I clicked the "we are here" button in the email. We only had to wait a few minutes before a friendly staffer brought out pizzas right to our car. The pizzas were hot, the toppings were plentiful and it was cooked very well. I have done the same type of pickup at dominos and did not have a good experience which is why we decided to get Pizza Hut instead.

This place is trash. First of all, I ordered prior to picking up. I was waiting outside for about 45 minutes until I had to call someone. The order said it was ready. They proceeded to say "you were supposed to call in advance so we know you're here" I had no knowledge of that. I saw people who were there for a shorter amount of time leave before me. The food ended up being cold So I had to microwave it.

My second trip to the particular Pizza Hut and my last. Both times I had to make small talk with 2 employees while listening the Manager speak on the phone upset about some incorrect delivery. I don't mind waiting and understand it gets busy, but this delay could've been avoided.

Slow orders. Employees walk slowly and keep students waiting. Gets very busy and is very understaffed. Sometimes orders are wrong and you'd already been waiting for 20+ minutes.

So, I order online right.. had to wait 40 mins for my food. And then they don't have my drink I specially wanted and tell me last minute they don't have it. I mean thank you for giving me a free drink instead. But, you could've at least give me everything that was suppose to come with my 10 dinner meal deal box. No cinnamon sauce or marinara sauce. So I had to eat them without because I was scared they'll take 15 mins to get me that. And please tell me this pizza looks like it's been cut by a two year old. Y'all need to do better .
A campus addition so it's a combination of pizza hut and taco bell. They are just like the traditional restaurants with a littlw more deals. Friendly and funny staff!

Out of the 4 years I’ve stayed in Greensboro, I’ve only been to this location twice and they messed up both times I came. Both times I came they gave me the wrong order. The 1st time I waited 20 mins before coming to pick up my order and when I got there they had messed up on it, so I had to wait 20 additional mins, so 40+ mins total. Then today when I went I left without checking the pizza thinking that they knew what they were doing so I assumed it was my correct pizza it had my name on it and everything, I got all the way back to my apartment to just have to turn back around and go back to the store.... I would not recommend going to this location because they clearly do not know what they’re doing.

This is probably the worst customer service I have ever had The pizza is not that good it took us two hours to get the pizza and we had to call the manager and they said that we couldn't deliver to us and we had people say that they could deliver to us and we ended up getting a pizza two hours after we ordered it the pizza is not good we ordered a 2 L of Coke and it exploded on our faces cause the delivery guy shook it up and now we have a mess to clean up in the hotel room

Thin, busted, greasy, wet, cold pizza. Thin and even ripped and patched together undercooked dough like real amateurs. Stuffed crust.. more like bust crust. Cinnamon sticks not cut properly and nothing was baked enough just soggy and cheap.. something to sell for profits. To say this experience seemed like it came from the dollar tree of pizza joints would be an insult to dollar tree. Don't think we'll be trying that again. I think whoever made our food is incredibly miserable and possibly clinically depressed.
