I asked for no seasoning sprinkled on top of the Alfredo, they didn’t put ANY seasoning in it at all…you can’t even ask for something simple these days and my food was cold?

Absolutely horrible experience. Bread sticks were burnt, pizza tasted like it had been sitting out, boneless wings taste burnt and half cooked. Wouldn’t recommend this location,

The only one I go to! I think the lady I always see is a manager (she was running the front and back with two other ladies when I went), I didn't catch her name, but she is always so sweet, professional, and fun to talk to!! If your order is wrong, they will make it right!

This location has horrible customer service, my pregnant girlfriend stopped in to get dinner she had phoned in and was left unattended to for 15 minutes while the employee played on their cellphone and blatantly ignored her even after she had announced herself until eventually another worker came and assisted her. Even worse the pizza was cold and lacked cheese which was all she wanted on it.

The worst Pizza Hut i have ever been to. Shady area, cashiers boyfriend sleeping on table. He smelled like weed! Restaurant stunck as well. When I told cashier I was dinning in she rolled her eyes. Then later she was somewhat friendly. But eating while you smell weed is not a good thing.
Parking: Crowded parking spaces. Shared with other buisnesses.

We stopped in driving back to Danville VA and the service was awesome!! Our pizza and bread sticks were cooked to perfection. Thank you again for your awesome customer service! ??
I walked into pizza Hut and was greater by a very nice young lady. She took my order still friendly asked me if there was anything else I needed. My food came correct looking lovely tasting fantastic. The last person I spoke with that bagged up my food had customer service all on him. I can not remember the names but it was yesterday July 1st in the afternoon. I will be back.

The food and customer service have been surprisingly good. My only complaints are the employees are making food and being on their phones. I didn’t see anyone washing their hands either. Just playing on their phones and touching all over customers food. I think its unsanitary to touch all over your face, clothes, and other items without washing your hands to touch food you’re not eating.
