When I arrived the woman working was alone and quite busy. I was patient. Got home and my pizza was burnt. No I did not look at the pizza when I got in the car although my experience previously was they show you the pizza before you leave. Anyhow, I called to complain she said she would put me down for a replacement at no charge. When I called to redeem this pizza last night and order additional I was treated as if I were looking to get over and receive a free pizza the representative was unable to confirm since the woman did not put it as a credit to my account. I waited for a supervisor who wasn’t empathetic nor too pleasant. I was trying to provide the confirmation number for the order on that day hoping it would help. Finally he located my name somewhere. At that point I didn’t want to purchase anything additional because of the headache the convo caused. When I arrived to pick up the pizza they were all lacking good customer service skills face to face as well. I normally order from this place often but I will not return unless management switches and the atmosphere is better there.

My family loves this place, the online ordering is very easy, never had a problem with any orders, food is always hot and fresh when I pick it up. Good deals, and friendly staff.

This place sucked. It was disgusting and my food literally was raw, like. I was DISGUSTED. And I have a gag reflex, and I ended up throwing up due to how utterly DISGUSTING it was. I ended up paying my bill, and leaving a tip for the waiter because I felt bad after I almost threw up on her shoes, but escaped just in time to go to the bathroom. I didn't even finish my pizza, there was only one little bite on the pizza, and I was drinking my Pepsi when I left. I genuinely think the only thing good was the Pepsi, it was cold, and good. So, I give it a one. I did take home a cookie for my niece who is 5, she loved it. That is the ONLY other good thing about this Pizza Hut.

I always order from here for delivery and every time there is something wrong, it looks gross or soggy or over cooked etc. I picked up once and it looked the best but still felt undercooked. I just moved to the city from LA, my local pizza shop never missed and I miss it. Pizza Hut sucks out here and it's a shame. I gave it about 10 tries and I think I'm done. It's obvious they are understaffed and don't take time to train their employees right, it's not the people it's the company's standards.

This is my second unsatisfied order. The pizza was cold and the wings looked like they fell in the car. They always seem to be understaffed. Then when I called to complain they were closed so no dinner for my family SMH ? The pic of the wings was taken as soon as I opened them that's suppose to be a 16 piece I can't tell.
