Every time I go here it never fails, the pizza is ALWAYS hot and fresh. The staff is ALWAYS polite and welcoming. I've never had a bad experience here and will take the 20 min drive here just to go to this specific location, even though there are a couple pizza hut locations closer. Best pizza hut in town! They make the order quick and accurate and when I get home it's still steaming hot! Everything is soo good, the toppings cover the pie, the crust is cooked perfectly and not overcooked or undercooked, a nice golden brown! The staff smiles and welcoming. The place is very clean and well kept. Thank you to all the people there that keep it going, you are appreciated and it goes unnoticed. Please keep hiring and training employees like the ones currently there.

I walked in and was greeted by a well put together employee by the name of Mindy. It was a little busy at the time I went in. But I didn’t have long to wait. She was very professional and very friendly. The food was amazing and fresh out of the oven. I would recommend this place 100%!!!

I have not been to this location in a while due to the service & cold pizza. However, I decided to give it another chance. It was much better and the young lady working here (@ the drive up window) was so pleasant, she make me want to eat here more!
Vegetarian options: The only options we've used for vegetarian dish has been the vegetarian pizza which is delicious!
Ordered online. Pizza tracker showed our driver left store on time but time to arrive got further and further. Tried to call and we were repeatedly hung up on. 35 minutes late, the pizza arrived cold and I asked driver what happened. He said he got called back to the store. I tried again and again to call manager and literally got hung up on each time.

Soooooo I gotta pepperoni pizza with tht new sweet marinera on it there was no sauce AT ALL nor were there any pepperoni. Whoever made this pizza knew they was wrong when they stated making it bc what's the first step after the dough?! If ik that and I ain't never worked in a pizza place how you don't and you getting paid to do it?? Foul nun else for it and ya know you wrong l. I placed the order on July 1st @10:26 so whoever made tht order needs to be held accountable and I definitely want my lil last $28 I spent on this. FOUL

Wish I could give a zero. My wife ordered 10 pizzas on the Pizza Hut app on June 3rd after speaking to the manager prior to that. This was for my daughter’s 5th birthday party which is today June 8th. Scheduled pickup for the pizza was at 1230. Got to the store at 1215 and the doors were locked and no one was there. The app showed our pizza was ready but no one was there. Our birthday party was at 1 and at 1230 I had no food to feed the 30-40 people scheduled to come to my home. Fortunately dominoes pizza at woody mill road in Greensboro took care of us. I will be trying to contact corporate to pay the difference I had to pay, which was roughly 50$ more. Plus I tipped them 30$ for taking care of me. I know it’s hard to find employees but someone has to take responsibility. My wife spoke with someone from corporate that offered a 10$ credit. Wow really??? I will never eat pizza from Pizza Hut again. Never.
Edit on Saturday night June 15th “debra” The manager called me to read lines out of a book. Told her that wasn’t acceptable and asked who was her boss. She gave me a name of “Teresa” and a number. I’ve called and left 2 voice messages with this number with zero response. These folks do not care to loose business. I feel like someone there should be responsible for the 46$ additional dollars I had to spend on pizzas for the birthday party that was nearly ruined because no one was there.

They have advertisements up with one price (which is the lowest) and then charge you a different price which is higher. When I bought it to the employees attention her attitude was like that's how the system added it up. Pretty much take it or leave it. I left it. It was over $3 more being charged. No Thank Pizza Hut. I had just started back patronizing you after the quality had started to suffer. Now this. ??
