This is the worst Pizza Hut in the city of Greensboro. The staff is like a revolving door and none of them seem to care at all. The managers have more attitude than Donald Trump himself. They have no delivery drivers and outsource resulting in extreme delivery times with problems. They can do nothing about like when my pizza was delivered by someone with three large dogs in the backseat and two kids. Oh, and my pizza was held hostage by doordash because it was a replacement and they weren't getting paid for the delivery. When calling to place my order for my replacement pizza the manager was beyond rude. Had no patience asked me why'd I wait so long to redeem it as if I eat pizza everyday and verbally told me I should be nice to her because she's the only one that can fix it for me and she didn't like my tone. While reiterating I was hung up on until this day I have not received any refund or any pizza

Had an evening of fun with the kiddos and decided to end it with a large 3-topping from Pizza Hut tonight. In addition to a delicious meal, I enjoyed the friendly banter with none other than Ms. Tammie! She is an absolute sweetheart and it’s always a pleasure to pull up and see her in the window. The pride that she takes in satisfying her customers is truly heartwarming. She’s so very kind to myself and my children and we need more customer service like that in this dark world! Thank you Ms. Tammie for letting your light shine bright. God Bless! ♥️

Real nice lady brought my food out to me because it was raining. I think she is the new manager. She even put some plates in a bag cause I said when I ordered we were eating in the car.

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! POLICE CALLED FOR $36 OF PIZZA??!
Don’t order from this Pizza Hut you’ll regret it. I placed an order tonight at 8:30 for delivery I was planning to pay in cash and leave a good tip. They said the delivery would take roughly 30mins. Okay no problem, I was working so I didn’t mind the wait. After an hour and a half I got a notification saying my delivery was cancelled at this point I was a little frustrated but whatever I’ll just make food instead.
So I made a meal and sat down to eat. Thinking the order was canceled I ate my food and watched a movie.
While I’m watching my movie I heard a car pull up in my driveway blasting music. I thought it was the movie at first so I didn’t get up yet. Then I realized it wasn’t so I got up and looked out side and saw a car pulling out of the driveway. So I opened the front door and saw the pizza I ordered on my door step this was around 10:30. (Around 2 hours after i ordered)
At this point I had already eaten and was surprised they still delivered it that late. So I picked it up, took it, inside and proceeded to go to sleep.
Now I’m in bed trying to go to sleep and I get a call around 11 and I’m like who is calling this late so I ignore it. Then I get another call at 11:30pm and I leave it thinking someone random is calling. It then switches to voicemail and “Tammy” the store manager at Pizza Hut says she’s gonna call the police on me for not paying for the pizza I ordered!?! (Dude didn’t knock on the door, left the pizza and drove off. I even had the cash waiting for him next to the door. )
I answered the phone right before it went to voicemail and told her the situation. She didn’t care didn’t even listen to me said she was gonna call the police and then proceeded to hang up on me before I could even talk to her.
At this point I’m just trying to go to sleep and now I gotta wait up and see if the police show up for $36 worth of pizza that was left on my door step.
I wait for a bit and then this guy shows up banging on my door at 11:45. He even brought his dog to my front door lol. I open the door and talk to him and he says I didn’t give him the money!?! He didn’t knock or try to collect payment at all! At this point I’m really frustrated so I just give him the money and call it a night. I don’t even get my change because he said he didn’t have money on him.
Worst experience I have ever had with any food chain in my life. I’m sure they were busy and I get that. I didn't even care about the order being canceled. But the fact that they delivered it 2 hours late, left it on my door step, left, then proceeded to try and call the police on me.
Absolutely ridiculous. Probably should’ve ordered from dominoes. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE.

If eating human skin is ok with u this is ur place. 1st off Dylan isn't professional enough 2 deal with the public. He might b alright b the back behind the scenes. I was n this place 4 bogo wing wed, placed order online but stayed there 4 over 1hr just 2 leave with an eye opening experience. Soon as I paid I watched wings drop in fryer only 2 b hung up & get cold. The guy making the pizza washed hands but no gloves. Exfoliation was happening on the food, other customers were also noticing that gloves weren't getting used. When I asked 4 a gift card or a refund, a free 2 liter was offered. The refund couldn't happen until Tammy got back. I sat out in parking lot 4 that 2 happen. Suddenly Dylan came out 2 tell me he could give me my refund now. Goodluck dealing with Tammy & Dylan, better yet Goodluck with digesting the cooks skin.
SO good FREAKING Delicious! Service was great… Everything was delicious - even the pizza and pasta. We'll be back. Thanks again for a wonderful meal!
