The (girl) cutting pizzas touched my done pizza bare handed as well as several other orders. I understand not being required to wear gloves but thats what the utensils are for. Touching multiple pizzas without washing your hands in between can lead to cross contamination. And instead of the manager (GM) is what she called herself being understanding and making the customer feel heard, she wanted to go back and forth to defend her employee. I have managed many restaurants and I would never let a customer leave my establishment unsatisfied nor would I brush off their concern. Do better!

WORST PIZZA HUT ON THE PLANET! This guy who takes the orders always sends my pizza door dash orders to the wrong location and the food is always cold. FIRE THESE WORKERS!!! The guy screws up everyone’s order and I will never order from here again

Very rude lady at the front counter. She was helping another customer in front of me and said to me really fast “you here to place an order or pick up.” I was explaining I was here to pick up a mobile order and she cut me off saying “I asked if you’re here to place an order or pick up, that’s all.” Then proceeded to roll her eyes and make a face. The customer she was still helping said “she didn’t understand you” and the employee agreed and started shaking her head more saying “I know.” I told them I didn’t need them to speak for me since I was in the middle of answering her question before she cut me off, I initially thought she was still talking to the first customer and she spoke fast, that’s why I was a little hesitant at first. But the employee was very unprofessional and her comment was unnecessary.

If I could give this place zero stars I would!! First of all I ordered wings from them, because they messed my last order up so this is the replacement order. Make a long story short, they put you on hold and never come to the phone and then when you call back they put you on hold again and want even let you speak and this is the manager doing it!! They need to do better!!!!!!!! I wonder why so many pizza huts have gone out of business’ Papa John’s would never!!!

Absolutely, hands down the worst customer service. Can’t get orders right and then hangs up on customers when trying to get the issue resolved. Would order absolutely anywhere else in the city than this place. What a disaster

Just picked up a New Yorker 2 pizza this week same cook .. he makes it look like art!! N they both taste excellent!! Nice young man n this time a nice young girl workin pizza cutting and counter very good team!!!! The is is how it’s supposed to be done!!!!!!!!!
