The food was pretty good, the service was so-so, the atmosphere wasn't all that, the menu didn't have a lot of dishes that I was interested in ordering so I had to order what they had and wasn't so happy about that. Overall it was just okay to me. If you're hungry and in the area it was at least reasonably priced.

Customer service wasn’t bad but the food….was even worse. I ordered the new rib eyed steak dinner and I didn’t realize until after the food arrived that the waitress never asked what temperature I wanted. The steak came out extra well done and I usually like my steak medium + I don’t like sending food back so I just fought with the first few bites until I just couldn’t take it anymore and decided to just eat the sides. At the end I told the waitress I didn’t want to complain but that steak was tuff!! Sadly I will not be returning.

Normally I only eat dinner from this location. Yesterday, I tried lunch for the first time (to go). The service and atmosphere were great as normal, but my meal had hardly any queso so my rice was very dry. I always order the same thing, so this was very disappointing. Not sure why it was made differently, when it's the same exact meal just a smaller portion. I will not try lunch again as this was a waste of $25!

Ordered birria tacos and they were DISGUSTING and UNFLAVORFUL . I’ve eaten birria tacos from NUMEROUS different places over the years and I’m telling you what I ate WAS NOT BIRRIA MEAT it was POT ROAST MEAT my taco meat WAS NOT soaked it the birria seasoning and it was very THICK and too CHEWY if yall going to advertise BIRRIA TACOS USE GOAT MEAT YALL definitely tried to go the cheap route and ain’t no telling what other things they do in there to rip their customers off

The service was mid tier and food below average. The food did not taste authentic at all. I got a chicken quesadilla and it was pretty bad.

I recently dined at and had mixed feelings about the experience. The food was genuinely good—delicious flavors and well-prepared dishes that showcased authentic Mexican cuisine. However, the service left much to be desired.

We waited a frustrating 30 minutes for our first plate, only to later find out that our waitress had forgotten to put the order in. After that, it took another 10 minutes for our second plate to arrive. Additionally, our initial drink order and chips were overlooked entirely, which added to the delay and disappointment.

It felt like the restaurant was understaffed, and the lack of commitment to service was noticeable compared to other Mexican restaurants I've visited. While I appreciate a good meal, the overall experience was marred by these service issues. I hope they can address these problems, as the food has great potential.

Meh.. service ok.. although folks seemed like they didn't really want to be there...the food was okay.. overpricedfor the quality of food... the restrooms pretty terrible.
Wouldn't eat here again.

We had delivery to a location within 5 minutes from the restaurant. The food was barely warm. Bean dip had no beans to speak of. Flavor was ok on most of the four main dishes, but the flan was the worst I gave ever tasted. It was nearly burnt and obviously so. This suggests the kitchen has no concern for the quality of their food. I doubt I will ever eat there again as there are many more Mexican restaurants in Greensboro far better.
