We were recommend to visit this restaurant and I have to say I was extremely disappointed. Food came lukewarm and not very good, staff was loud and spent more time hanging out than waiting on customers and we could not even use the bathroom there as there was stool everywhere. Just a warning before you visit.
Short and simple the (best food) nice service 😋
Great food! We had the chips and trio of sauces, very good. Margaritas were tasty.
We will go back for a full meal next time.
Atmosphere is clean, typical Mexican decor.
Service was terribly slow food was bad and was not busy and it took forever to get our chips and salsa and it sucked
The wait time was horrible. I waited almost 10 minutes after I was seated in a booth seat. Where the glass was really dirty. I had to get up and find someone to let them know no one has been by my table. I did get a drink and chips from the girl that seated me and she apologized and went to find the actual server. The food was great but just slow service.
Cool chill spot
They were able to accommodate a group of 9. Michelle the waitress was very sweet and did her very best to keep things going smoothly for our meal experience. Unfortunately the food was not appetizing to the majority of the party. Some chose not to bring this to managements attention bc it did seem as if when one person did say something they questioned her as if she had eaten most of the meal then complained. They were willing to knock 50% off of her one item of food that she didn't eat. Also 3 in the party had margaritas & they said it upset their stomachs. The margaritas were hot, no crushed ice and cheese dip was cold. The facility was clean from what zi could see. I believe the indication of not many other patrons on a Saturday night might indicate something. They were cleaning up and clearing tables; I thought the place was closing. In reality they would still be open for another hour.
Also the bill for the entire table was $250++
I paid for 4 people and it was $130.
I would never return here. If the majority of 9 people didn't like their meal that really says something about the quality of food and unnecessary price.
The server, Eli, was a great character. Good stuff overall

Disgraceful tacos , ur better off destroying your stomach at Taco Bell
This simple, local Mexican restaurant always has good food, and feels clean, but what makes it extra special is the service! Last night I took an older friend who has been battling cancer for a long time and is weak and in a wheelchair. Our young waiter Andreas rearranged the tables so I could wheel her right up, and then was so kind and attentive he made her feel like a superstar! We had a night to remember and I am so grateful to Andreas and the Poblanos team for making it so special.

Horrible experience. This building needs to be condemned. The waitress didn't write down our order and it took forever to come out because of confusion in the kitchen.. Then it still came out wrong. Then I asked for red sauce she came back with green! The food was bad, the guacamole had dark brown pieces of something, the rice is crunchy, and the cheese dip tasted old and burnt. Stay away.

Andres was a great server. Really enjoyed him.
Andres (our server) was absolutely amazing. He answered every question we had and made sure our food came out made to order. I would highly recommend trying here and ask for Andres.
