Food is usually delicious but one of the ladies that works there (short) has an attitude if you don’t use the self checkout station when it’s slow. Until she pointed out the station I didn’t even know they had one. After I received my boba tea it had a soapy taste which I assume was done intentionally.
The man who works here has horrible costumer service skills. I’ve been going here for 3 years and he’s never given me good service. He speak extremely soft making it really hard to hear and almost refuses to raise his voice so he can be heard. He always has a very blank face and really doesn’t greet you when you come in. I very rarely leave reviews but this service is especially horrible, I love the food but he may be the worst customer service interaction that I’ve ever...
This is legit Poke Bowl heaven! Incredibly fresh ingredients and a huge number of choices including half rice half greens for the base of your bowl. The price is so affordable to eat out 2 times a week here! Most poke bowls are less than $15.00 and they are huge!!
