Very slow drive through service. At 4:45 pm they were out of most types of spicy chicken and were offering alternatives. Staff was friendly but the experience felt disorganized.

They didn't bother asking what side was wanted they just assumed I wanted the same side as my boyfriend. Also rude horrible customer service.
Ordered online for me and a few of my coworkers. I had given them roughly half an hour to prepare all the food and when I pulled up to get it, they hadn't even started to make any of it. After waiting almost 20 minutes for the food, I went over the receipt and they had left out half of the sides and every dessert ordered. Until the poor service is addressed, I will not be back.

There's this one chick in there , she is extremely slow. I had to wait 20 minutes on food for delivery. She always wears a coat that's 4xs bigger than she is. Never smiles, talks like she's depressed. Hair is always frizzy and everywhere. Any other time the other cashiers are quick , smiling and looking presentable.

WISH IT WAS NO STARS!! ITS NOT THE SAME SINCE THE YOUNG BLACK GUY...CHRISTIAN??WAS IT?! I BELIEVE SO, HE WAS SO POLITE AND CUSTOMER FRIENDLY WE LOVED HIM 😍 HE HAD THAT PLACE TOGETHER ALL THE YOUNG KIDS WERE WORKING HARD 💪 WE WANT TO SEE HIM BACK!! 👀 or ill just save my experiences and money for another different chicken spot i like Popeyes but KFC has less headaches and I'm sure can get my one single 2 piece meal correct! With my napkins and condiments thank you....Just find that man if he would even want to come back to that disaster..
This place is an absolute joke and has zero respect for its customers or their time. I waited a ridiculous 30 minutes for just two sandwiches and three small orders of wings—something that should have been quick and simple. They told me the chicken sandwiches would take 8 minutes, yet after half an hour, I had to walk in just to hear, "Oh, we're still working on it." Seriously?! How does that even happen? Completely unacceptable, beyond frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

My God this place SUCKS! Every time I place a mobile order when I get here they NEVER have my food ready and they always pull me forward and make me wait just to forget about me. Im not sure who runs this place but you should be concerned about your terrible customer service

Every time I come here they never have chicken dropped and then they will say if you want all legs for a 3 piece we have to pull you up. Like what do the kitchen cooks do all day you know you running low on chicken or a certain kind drop it then I wait 20 minutes check my bag and they still put thighs every cook n packer needs to be fired and replace they tell me I have to wait 10 more minutes every body was waiting on chicken 4 cars parked. It makes no sense I set in drive through and I told them I’m not pulling up no more ima stay here till I get my food and where is the customer service at they going to ask me if I want my money back. This is off of Pisgah Church rd Greensboro NC the worst place to go anytime of the day all I wanted was some chicken every time I come it’s something

I was looking forward to grabbing a quick bite at the Pisgah Church, GSO, NC location.
Unfortunately, your employees helped me to decide to switch to a competitor.
You must be executing a "going out of business" strategy. 😢
The person on the intercom was so disrespectful that I pulled away after ordering (I told them that I was leaving after they mocked my speech pattern)
I also told them that I was leaving because I didn't trust them preparing my food, without harm, based on her poor "customer service."

Trash service, stole my money. Waited in drive through 28 minutes, left pissed off, nothing but lame excuses. Hire monkeys and pay with bananas, would be an improvement. Can’t review food, never got it, you owe me $8.00.
