Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I visit the same Popeyes often. I ordered online and when I got there I was told there was no white meat. At this point it’s only 9 pm. I told the employee I’d wait for the white meat. I paid for it, I was told they weren’t going to cook anymore chicken. I didn’t get my food and as of today I haven’t received my refund. It’s been 2 months. I’m tired of employees making things harder bc they had a bad day.

I gotta admit. I am impressed that whatever hiring person managed to collect every incompetent employee in the city and put them all under one roof. I've never understood how a place that specializes in a food can't make that food in a timely basis. Why on Gods green earth are we waiting 10 - 15 minutes for a 5 piece tenders basket? Every single time I go to pick up from this place they're panicking from having TO MAKE CHICKEN. When I came to leave this review, I noticed I had left a five star before. I was either inebriated or they must have fired every work ready employee they ever had, because this Popeyes location is pathetic. There's literally subreddits dedicated to how trash it is.

I rarely go to this location due to past experiences. But I went today 6/12/26. Treshaun gave the most top tier customer service ever!!! I might call ahead just to see if he’s working when I go back 😂. He was very professional & i rarely get that from Popeyes

Specifically this Location will take your order then add on extra combo meals and charge you for it play dumb like they didnt know and never return your money I stopped going here a long time ago they are scammers stay away

The manager Austin is very nice and did all my food fresh I love this Popeyes very recommended

I went inside to order during lunch break, employyees jusy kept walking past me , I was just standing waiting go take a order and no one went up to me to take my order , all just talking to each other laughing , i waited a bit longer and still no one was taking my order to i just left straight to bojangles , they never let me down with the quality and amazing customer service, never stepping into that popeyed again , those workers must have been having a really hard day at work just making chicken .
