Food was horrible. It was sitting out for the longest time. The nuggets were old, mac and cheese was just horrible the biscuit was hard and they charged me extra for a frozen mango lemonade after they suggested I get a chilled one. It was something at the bottom of my cup. My money was wasted and it was just all bad. Smh very disappointed

This is the worst fast food experience ever. I would not recommend eating at this place. We waited exactly an hour for our food after 30 mins they refunded us and then they came bk out and asked what did we order then still took an additional 20 mins. Never be back again to this place. I warn you save yourself time and money. Wasted my damn time for a little bit of chicken and all the others that had to wait. Horrible service. I don’t see how they are still in business. And to mention my kids had to stay up extra late just to eat dinner before bed.

To be honest i dont know how they stay in business. Either they were high on something or just plain laziness..orders were wrong and service was slow as i dont know what. Take note never going back to this location. Sorry to say but disapointed.

The food here was fresh. The service unfortunately was trash. The lines in the drive through was slow, and I had to drive around to other side of the restaurant. After arriving, that was another 10-15 min still waiting! So much for fast food!! I drive off took a sip of my sweet tea..yuk unsweetened!
Worst Popeyes location ever! Specially after 6 PM, I have not been there on days but evening shift is just a group of grown ups acting like teenagers. Terrible attitude, one of the worst customer service in the area. I rather drive to Winston-Salem than coming this place just 10 minutes from my home. Not what expected for a fairly new place. Last time I waited for one hour for my food and that was because I had ask several times for it. They also keep the dining room extremely cold like as a strategy to keep customers away from dinning inside. I would be pissed off if I would be the owner of this place for all the sales the employees try to keep away just to be lazy.

I was there today Took my order got home ? wrong order I was told I need to drive back 20min no apologies and bring back the food ? they didn’t care about me not having the food that I ordered will never stop there again and the chicken is salty

I was excited that a Popeyes was close to home. But I will never return. The sandwich was soggy. The shrimp was rubbery. The chicken was cold and hard. Missing items in my takeout order. And the biscuit was like a hockey puck. The restaurant looks nice, but the food is not quality even for a fast food restaurant
