Ordered the smokehouse burger online, received a dry patty on a bun, without any of the toppings for the burger. Disgusting service

Out for a quick bit & had a nice meal - burgers & sides.
My “Big Lebowski” burger came with fries, egg, shredded bbq pork, bacon, onions, lettuce tomato & assorted sauces - about everything that you can add on a burger. And it was delicious.
Wonderful location & waitress brings out your food after you order.
I’d certainly go here again.
One downside is all plastic & paper - not served on plates with silverware.
Very clean store & friendly staff.

This place has really declined over the past few months. I have had several problems, including burned fries and rare meat, but today was the last straw. They served me cold fries. I don’t mean lukewarm, I mean COLD! I honestly wondered if they’d come out of the fridge. That’s it for me. I’m done. This is simply ridiculous.

Portehouse is now a shadow of its former self. What used to be a good, sit-down restaurant is now glorified fast food in a strip mall. You now order at a counter from a card, get a number, self-serve your drink at a machine, and sit at a booth and wait. Not much different than Mc D's or Chick-fil-A! All tables looked like they're hadn't been wiped clean in some time. The menu has been drastically reduced from Market Street days, The food was the best part of the experience, but it was at best, just average, nothing special at all. If you work in the ateaand need a quick lunch, but not worth anything more..

Ever since they closed the W. Market St restaurant, this location, and other locations have become crazy for seating. The wait times are now an hour long at the Palladium location; we went somewhere else. We have experienced we are just numbers at the Palladium location, very little interaction with the customer base, and a serious lack of customer service. The Palladium location orders are never right. They keep claiming that one or the other register isn't getting the orders to the kitchen. Once they are notified of the wait time, whala!! The food is at the table....lukewarm. Which tells me it's been sitting under a lamp or just sitting. The "home chips" are soggy and limp. That tells me that the frying oil is not to temp before putting the chips and fries in the fryer.
I can't comment on the replacement location for the W. Market Street restaurant, other than that, I have looked at it online. It looks like it doesn't have much seating. From the online pics, it has bar top seating facing outside and maybe 3 tables outside. For this reason, I have not visited that location.

“Your favorite burger for $5.95” is a straight up LIE. The only $5.95 burger is one with just a patty and bun, no toppings, not even cheese. I went in and ordered my favorite burger and it was $12.95. Whomever owns this place needs to speak to someone about what false advertising means. Two $5.95 burger specials turned into $30. I knew it was too good to be true but a lie is still a lie.
