Food was decent, service was absolutely terrible just for that I will never come back, had a small gathering, they tried to act like we walked out on our bill it was a chaotic experience, we had an order wrong and there was no apology no remake or anything, this place is overpriced and overrated, the waiters are horrible, it was so loud in there the waiter couldn’t get the order right so it was a lot of bs with this restaurant and forgot to mention it took 45 literally minutes to get drinks

I recently went to this restaurant with my volleyball team to celebrate one of our teammates' birthdays, and it was such a fun experience! The food was really good, everyone loved their meals, and the portions were just right. The best part was when the staff brought out a birthday cake for our teammate, dancing and singing while carrying it. It was super funny and made everyone laugh. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the celebration even better.

This place has the BOMB good food! I know tastes and flavors! That got it! Well done PURA VIDA! It’s a vibe❤️🙏🏾

I came across this place a few months ago in May by accident strolling through greensboro, with some friends since we're not from the area And we ended up liking the ambience food and service. We came back last night to celebrate my sister's birthday and it is simply amazing. The decor is really stunning! Service is pretty good also, everyone is very polite and respectful. Food is delicious, fresh drinks are decent and in my opinion worth what you pay for. I love the music they play simply was an amazing experience. Great vibes would definitely come back for my birthday!

None of the food had any flavor. Ordered empanadas and tacos, to be Latin style food it should have seasoning and flavor. Got an old fashioned that didn’t even fill up a quarter of the glass and tasted horrible. 6 people in there and it was mostly staff, blaring music so loud couldn’t even hear the bartender directly across from me at the bar. You don’t need to blow eardrums in an empty restaurant. Recommend never going there

LOVEEEEE this place. I’m so happy that I found a new spot for me & my clique. Food is amazing & the staff is fun & friendly. The ambiance is EVERYTHING…it’s like a combination of many cultures tied up in 1 which was a BIG treat for an indigenous Caribbean girl. It is a tad bit pricey but other than that? NO complaints 🔥👌🏾

Food was great! Atmosphere and decor were awesome but they have a DJ that is playing good music that is way to loud for a restaurant. Like really couldn't enjoy conversation. We were literally pointing to the items we wanted on the menu because she couldn't hear us. This was all around 9:45-10pm

EXTREMELY unprofessional, workers promote underage drinking and violence. Especially the waitress named MINNIE. and we wonder why the violence downtown doesn’t go decrease. Business owners have a responsibility to keep their patrons safe but they clearly care more about a profit and completely disregard the literal law.

Lobster pasta was just ok. The empanadas were awesome! Drinks were good. The music and atmosphere was great. I will need to go back to try some new things. Good spot for a ladies brunch or dinner.

We had a party for over 12 people and it was trash I’m sorry to say this but the service was bad the food was horrible and everything was raw . The drinks took an hour to get to the table and the bartender didn’t even start making them until somebody from our party got up and said something the waiter no where to be found then they over charged us and still put in gratuity! Come here only if your gonna sit at the bar other then that don’t even bother because everything was bad !
