This is like a neighborhood bar with excellent food. Staff is delightful. I have never had a bad meal here. The chef is inventive. I love trying the specials. Ongoing menu delicious also loved Reuben and Burger. Place is small so I wouldReservations. Great wine list. Reminds me of TV show "Cheers"Parking: Large parking lot. This restaurant is in a shopping center that is not busy so plenty of free parking

Nice neighborhood restaurant. Brunch burrito was tasty and enough for two. Side of bacon was crispy a bit overcooked but staff quickly replaced it

Pancakes were burnt and had no flavor, the chicken on the hot chicken and waffles was cold and hard. Service was not bad though

Food was not even warm for a place who advertises that its fresh. The eggs Benedict was skimpy and didn't even put hollandaise sauce had to ask for it. The service had to keep getting the servers attention was never checked on anything. For the price they charge would think you would get a side and a good meal but it's not worth the money in my opinion.

Food quality is delicious and cocktails even better. Staff is great. Feels like an episode of Cheers because everyone knows your name. Nachos topped with chicken absolutely the best. The titos lavender drink was a taste of spring and summer.

Food was great and the staff rotated frequently through the room. Some elbow grease would help, but over all we loved it. Will be

This is one of my favorite restaurants in GSO! The staff is so welcoming and the ambience is charming. The food is made from scratch everyday. I had the Taco of Day, Chicken Bacon Ranch. Delicious!!! Side Note- do not sleep on their brunch. House made biscuits are to die for! Make a redo to make sure you get one. I can't wait to eat there again.

Three of the four dinners that we received were good, although the french fries were overcooked in what appeared to be older oil. The special of the night was fish and chips. It was completely inedible and overcooked to the point of being burned. The hostess was kind and did take off the order. For a Saturday evening, they need to have more staff on hand.

Lately I have been unsatisfied with the food. Went a few weeks ago, ordered the chicken biscuit. Huge biscuit but the chicken was the size of a tender. I bought in friends from DC and it was a major disappointment. Pancakes were burnt and hard as bricks, the chicken hash was very charred and no flavor. Could only taste the char from the grill. Again a piece of chicken the size of a tender. For $14 and $17 a plate, how does that make it out the kitchen and you feel it’s ok? The only thing good today were the grits. They charged $4 for a side of bacon and it was burnt and stuck together. The servers are great and tried to accommodate us but even the 2nd round of pancakes were doughy and still burnt as if they were cooked quickly on high heat.

Atmosphere was great, but the service was weird (we had like 4 different servers), and the biscuits and gravy tasted like it had buffalo sauce in it.

I've eaten. At Rascals many times but this was different. EVERYTHING was burnt. The fries, the burger. The corned beef came in huge chunks instead of being cut. The burger was sloppy with the aioli everywhere. The homemade chips were even burnt. It's like tie cook didn't care at all. And the service in such a small establishment was horrible. It took about 20 min for them to come take out order which was ridiculous.

Friendly. Very good blueberry margarita. Bacon wrapped dates were very good as well. Will visit again.

We loved Rascals - this was our first visit. It was busy (dining area is small), but the wait staff was cordial, got us seated with water quickly and drinks soon after. We ordered the chips and queso and split the Cuban sandwich - both absolutlely delicious! The queso came out quickly with what seemed to be homemade "chips" - large and scrumptious. . . so good. The waitress said she would bring more if we wanted. Queso was also delicious. My glass of wine was generously filled. The Cuban sandwich was wonderfully spiced and flavorful. The atmosphere was inviting, and the full tables suggest it is a popular place. I recommend Rascals - and also recommend you make a reservation, as we did.
