Red Crab Juicy Seafood

I feel like I just had a religious experience that was too good for there not to be a God. I haven't had a crab boil that good since ever.

I knew having a party of 14 on a Saturday night would be challenging, so I went in at 4:30 to ask about “call-ahead seating.” They informed me that they don’t offer it but recommended having someone from our group there by 5:30. As long as someone was present, they assured me we would be placed on the waitlist and could expect about an hour’s wait. Following their instructions, I had someone from our party there at 5:30, with the rest of our group arriving by 6:30, our planned dining time. However, their system didn’t work as promised. They didn’t even add us to the waitlist until we physically walked in at 6:45, at which point I received a text stating we’d have a 45-minute wait. Finally, at 7:37, I got another text that our table was ready. I understand that accommodating a large party on a Saturday night is difficult, and I would have preferred they simply told me upfront that they couldn’t do it. Instead, I was given instructions that ultimately didn’t work. Despite having someone there at 5:30 as requested, we were not placed on the list and ended up waiting much longer than expected. They also advised us not to wait at the restaurant due to our party size, yet we were still left without a clear process or timeline. While I’ve had great experiences here in the past, this was a frustrating situation. If they couldn’t handle a large group, they should have just said so. I will see everyone I worked with was pleasant, not necessarily helpful but pleasant.

Food was cold and unappealing. Never got refill of beverage. Employees seem like they didn't want to be there. 18%mandatory gratuity is ridiculous. Wait staff got their 18% and therefore put in no effort. One star only, because it's the lowest option.

I got oyster basket and it was pretty dang good!!!! Our waitress Christin was pretty helpful as well!! I would definitely go back- actually pretty inexpensive for two people I thought??‍♂️

Parking: This side of Gate city Blvd can be a lil sketchy just make sure you lock your car doors

We came out from Texas for ministry and on our way out we stopped by this location and Dwayne was our server and he was PHENOMENAL as well as the food.

If I’m ever in the region again I’ll definitely be back.
