Food was good. I prefer their juicy special to other red crab locations. Service was good. The only complaint was that their pricing was quite different from other red crab locations I’ve been to.

I traveled approximately 40 minutes to this location today and arrived at 9:17 PM. Upon arrival, I was informed that their dine-in service had already ended at 9:15 PM, citing a desire to close by 10:00 PM. I find this explanation quite disappointing, especially considering the restaurant's official closing time is 10:00 PM. If such policies are in place, I believe they should be clearly communicated to customers online or through the restaurant’s website. Additionally, I was dining alone and believe I would have been able to dine quickly.

I just had a bizarre experience. I’ve been here before. I’ve dined in and placed to go orders with no issues. And if I did have an issue it wasn’t anything too bad and it was handled professionally. Today my dasher took a picture of my order and it was wrong so I frantically tried getting in contact with him so he wouldn’t drive all the way to my home and the order is wrong. I called him because he wasn’t updating me and when he answered he said “I don’t know what’s going on”. Then when he tried to get more information, someone says “she needs to call the store we can’t talk to her from your device” instead of simply telling him “hi sir we are fixing the order now”. So I call the store and inquired about my order and she says “yes we are fixing it now.” I then asked “ok well did no one tell the dasher this??” And she replied “I got you I got you.” I thanked her and hung up. Like I’m not understanding why that took place but I’m not too fond of the interaction and I’ll probably never do DoorDash delivery again and may never order here all together. So weird. Photos posted are of wrong order and the correct order.

The food was fresh and hot! The drinks were delicious, I had summer nights in Miami.. Really delicious! Our server was sweet and attentive! Can't wait to return!!

Saturday and waited 15 minutes and no one approached us or greeted us. We walked out.

This was amazing.... until hours later. The place is immaculately clean. Doesn't smell like seafood at all when arriving at the opening. The food was delicious, with the exception of the lobster tail being over cooked. HOWEVER, by no fault of the restaurant I'm sure...... I got food poisoning that day. It was more than likely the mussels that are infamous for causing these issues. The staff was so nice and accommodating also.

I came here 10 minutes before the location closed. When I walked in the lady in the front looked at me with a mad face and didn't seem friendly. I was only picking up a doordash order

It was only a few people when we went in which made service a breeze. We sat down to eat and the server informed us we could order any special we wanted and not to worry about the week day special that the price would remain the same. I ordered the low country boil with extra eggs and corn. The food was really good hot and fresh, it was just a lot of sausage which I ordered turkey...which was very salty. Even upon taking home and rinsing off the sauce the sausage was still salty. The restaurant in itself had a nice vibe to it and a variety of music played.

Yum!! The juicy medium Thursday special is where its at, order it with rice, broccoli, and extra corn! XzaBiers service was AMAZING!! He was extremely attentive and saw things we needed before we even knew we needed them. 100% recommend

Food cold. Service even colder. I’m from Charlotte visiting and saw that Red Crab was here. This is my spot in Charlotte. This place definitely puts a damper on the Red Crab name.
The oysters look and taste nothing like the ones I have had for the last 2-3 yrs in Charlotte. Wish I didn’t order a dozen and a half. Super disappointed. I was craving oysters too 🤦🏾‍♀️
