Red Lobster has taken a turn for the worst. After not going to one for a while, my wife and I decided to give it a try. The service was slow and non-attentive. The drinks (Sunset Colata, or something like that) was very poor. It looked nice, but the taste was not there and it was bitter. The coconut shrimp was not as good as usual, and the dipping sauce was not what we had come to expect. For a $100 meal splitting an Ultimate Feast and drinks, we sadly won't be coming back.

The reservation system is a joke! We got a 1:45 res and still waited 45 mins for a table because they overbooked the reservations (their words). What then is the point of reserving a table? Then NO ONE seemed apologetic, except our waitress! She did a great job, despite our frustration and attitudes. The management there needs to do better!

Party over 6+. 15 minute additional wait time, with a reservation, before being seated. 2.5 hours start to finish to dine in. Waitress was pleasant and seemed to be running nonstop. Food was fair.

Got in for Mother's Day at lunch time. We hadn't been here in a long time. Our server was great! A manager or owner came by our table to make sure we were okay. Food was great! The cheddar biscuits are still as tasty as I remember them. We will be back soon.

We had a terrible experience last week in which we were totally ignored and abandoned when we we seated . There was only one other group of 3 there, so they weren't busy. It wasn't until I wanted to see the manager and prepared to leave that they were attentive. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

We waited 15 minutes for table,and 15 minutes after being seated.
We saw white skinny bald waiter made eye contact twice- he ignored us.
We ended up leaving without eating.

Waited 30 minutes for a table and once seated we received drinks and never saw our server again. Our orders weren’t taken because she didn’t have a pen on her and she would be back. She never came back. Drove 45 minutes and extremely disappointed

Date night and this location failed me again. Seated quickly but nobody came by. Not sure how long we waited but it was way too long. It brought back memories of another time when they placed us in the very back. That time was 24 minutes before someone came to get something and noticed us still there. Wasn’t going to sit through that again. It’s unfortunate Red Lobster is going through some tough times…I’ve seen other locations closed for good. Hate to see this happen but I would figure this one will be next and it’s not Red Lobsters fault.

Showed up with a party of 4. Waited 1 hr on a 45 minute wait. Then was told another one hour wait as people calling in reservations bump us. Are you serious? We left. Along with 4 other families. Red lobster you have been doing this long enough to know better.

Food was delicious but there was no lettuce for a salad. Was disappointed. Plus there wasn’t any more ( All you can eat shrimp). Hopefully they will bring it back. Waitress was awesome. Very nice to talk too!!

We pulled into the parking lot around 6pm and there were only about 12 cars parked. We went in and there were a few people waiting already, we asked how long and we were told 2 hours. We left.

I ordered takeout…after a 40 minute wait & a 20 minute drive home I discovered that they did not complete one of my entrées… I called them on the phones, but the phone mysteriously kept hanging up on me 3 times 😤So I decided to drive all the way back to Greensboro (20 more minutes) to get them to fix it ….SMH it was a Saturday night😤 They were understaffed and the gentleman tried to take care of my order, I asked him for some kind of concession for my time wasted because now I’ve got 90 minutes invested into this with cold food. I knew they were busy, and I was not about to wait another 40 minutes… yes, I should’ve asked for the manager and got my money back because when I got back home, my order was still wrong…. and of course, when I got home, I discovered they screwed it up again… I know people make mistakes, but this was just bad service without verifying that the food was done correctly…I should have opened it and verified it myself on the spot, but there were so many people at the bar, I didn’t want everybody looking and breathing over my food… Right now I’m hungry pissed off and not really feeling Red Lobster @ 4415 Wendover Avenue, Greensboro, NC

Now don't get me wrong, I use to meet up with my girly here all the time. I left and came back and had not seen my girl in 5 years. She was wanting those cheddar biscuits. She loves them boys. 😂 We didn't wait too long to get a seat. The food was good but the service was amazing 😍. Best servers ever. Thanks you guys for making my night a good one. I had been down until going there. You guys lifted my spirits. ❤️
