Ordered sweet tea, got water, No biggie. Ordered an appetizer and didn't get it at all. Had to wait on a refill for water. Steak was well done on one side and medium on the other. It was cold before I received a knife to cut it with. Lobster was over cooked. This was my wife's favorite place; now she says we will never go back.

Not bad. Food was not that that good when you compared that to the $370 I spent with my friends. Red lobster my favorite restaurant but I’m not so happy with it anymore.

Our server was amazing. She made the meal much more enjoyable. But the food was subpar to say the least. My Grilled Rainbow trout was dry and burned. The new limited time hush puppies were basic and worse then LongJohn Silvers. My potatoes were ok but I got lobster added to them and it was overcooked and very chewy! My friend had the stuffed mushrooms and stuffed fish it was so fishy smelling that I could smell it from the other side of the booth! Our server was so delightful that I didn't even complain about the meal! And I don't go there but once a year at best when I can't go to the coast for real seafood and just have a taste for something seafood like(I use seafood loosely)without the drive! Unless you just want shrimp 6 different ways I suggest just make the drive to the coast! P.S msg for that response I don't use Facebook.

The fish & chips is a great choice. I love their slaw and cheddar biscuits. It's a lot of food so you might want to share.

Food was great, restaurant was fairly orderly (though could have been a tad cleaner, it was Saturday night at 6:30).Our server was atrocious. Just horrible. We sat and the hostess took our drink order. A server (who we would later learn was our server) was at the table next to us discussing her degree, her dorm life, her new apartment, her courses, new math problems she's working on, what her next vacation she's going on ....I mean she sat there and talked it up for 10 minutes. She only stopped talking to them when they left.We manage to get our drinks (thanks to the hostess) and got an appetizer ordered. We got the appetizer. Then, poof . Our server vanished. We sat for an hour with no refills, the hostess kept swooping in to help us and kept apologizing for our server, and then our server would see the hostess waiting in us and then come over annoyed. She seemed irritated to be there, we felt as if we were annoying her. I asked 3 times for another beer, she kept explaining how a bartender works, it was stupid. I felt bad for the hostess and slipped her some cash on our way out because she was the ONLY employee who appeared to be working. It was my daughter's 18th birthday. She chose this place . I told our server this.Fail, guys. Fail, big time. How some manager didn't see the employee performance is beyond me. You seem to be doing a good job of managing your kitchen as all the food was good (with the exception of the crab legs which were rubbery and overcooked) but the service is 100% your problem.Ball is in your court, management.

This place never disappoints, the biscuits are to die for. I ordered the admirals feast and everything was delicious, and the service was on point! The sparkly Deep Sea cocktail I had was so good ?

This Red Lobster is definitely at top 5 fav place to eat in Greensboro. The food is always hot and fresh. The last time we went, it was super busy, but we had a waitress named Shay, who didn't break a sweat! She was absolutely amazing and had a beautiful smile.

Ordered the ultimate seafood platter. Overbreaded and under seasoned. Definitely not worth the price. Hadn't been to Red Lobster in years and will never go again!

Never again, ordered a soda and it came in a plastic cup with a lid. Kids maybe. I am 67. Ordered lobster lovers dream with shrimp linguine. It was ok till I tried to eat the shrimp. I guess they were to lazy to take the rest of the shell off the fins of all the shrimp. Plus 45+ minutes to get food in an almost empty restaurant.

Having to wait an hour in a mostly empty restaurant, and only about 8 other people to be even seated is ridiculous. Our waitress hardly checked on us. My wife actually had to take some of our dishes to the kitchen just to get them out of the way. Ordered my steak Medium, and it come out burnt, and well-done. Had to get a different waiter to bring us our check, and boxes. This location used to be much better, and has gone way downhill. It's sad when Golden Corral cooks a better steak, and makes it correctly.

Took a long time to get a table. I believe they were short staffed as there were plenty of empty tables. Food took a long time to get there a well.
