Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The burgers are big and it was good. The service was a little off. I asked for several items, and they would forget them. The manager was very nice, and I noticed he jumped right and helped out where he was needed. I definitely recommend this place.

The jalapeno heatwave is hands down the best burger I've ever had. This is the 2nd time I've had it, the first time was at the Mooresville location, so I knew I would get it again today. Just when I thought nothing could improve the meal, I was pleasantly surprised when our server Emilee turned out to be the best server my family and I have ever had. Fantastic service and food!

Ordered to-go. Site asks “pink or no pink” on a burger. I say “no pink”. Burger is entirely pink inside. On top of that, the “Whiskey River BBQ” burger came with NO BBQ. Like, it’s in the name. How do you mess that up? Final cherry on top, fries had zero seasoning. You’d think that Red Robin seasoning would be a staple considering I got food from RED ROBIN. Crazy. It’s insane how difficult people find it to make any effort at all. Last time I give this joke of a restaurant my money. A drive thru would have been a better alternative. Or better yet, staying at home and avoiding garbage all together. Lesson learned - if you want something done right, do it yourself!

We came here late on a Wednesday night. Wasn’t expecting top notch service, but boy were we wrong! Our waitress Kelly and Mickey, were so attentive and nice. We hardly had to wait for anything and the food was still great, presentation was very nice as well! Best customer service we’ve experienced in a long time!

Never been here. Classic burger was on sale for 9.99 on Tuesday with bottomless steak fries. Wow! My dad and I got the same thing. Both of us loved it. Would definitely go back. Delicious!

02/15/2025 at 11:15pm. Normally the service and food is good at this location however a worker came out to us in the parking lot and told us that they are closing 45 minutes early and said that they had a staffing issue. Five people that I could see was actually working inside. I asked for a manager and she replied that they don’t have one. Lies!!! Look I get it that they wanted to go home early but this was just pathetic. One star and I will never be back. I’ll call the manager tomorrow.

Let me get Blackened Grilled Chicken not officially on menu (they have grilled chicken Sandwich). Made my day truly Thank you so much.

2024/2025 had several great visits here. 1 recent visit I was sat a table just cleared of dished but not wiped sanitized I notice a hair on the table. Had to call Mgr. as no one seemed in rush to actual CLEAN the table properly.

Though they changed to lower quality of chicken sandwich & some things I used to get. I've had some great burgers and pizza here in Nov Dec 2024. Service has been great.

Sep 2023 they have changed to lower quality chicken on chicken sandwich. It's brown coated but not a batter crispy crust like before. You killed 1 of my favorite items to order. Why should I come back oh and you raised the prices again for lower quality.

Gave them another chance after Veterans day meal went so well. 1-2023 Mgr. Helped me use my grubhub gift card for pickup order. Better service than before.

Never heard back after google review and mgmnt post to call cust service which I did.
Avoid they don't want your business. Can't even sit at bar as they focus on ToGo orders ignoring people who drove to dine in. I was buying Red robbin gifts cards but will not buy them anymore!!!!! Could not even sit at bar during wait to watch NFL on tv. You got TV's but no customers can sit to watch them. I worked in fast food as a mgr and served more people faster with only me and 2 employees in the store. Quality and skill of staff not just numbers is key.

Celebrated my mom’s birthday here! The service was awesome.

Mickey (a manager) talked to us personally and was inviting.
The servers were great and fast (Kimmie + a guy in training)! Highly recommend for bomb burgers and great service.

Service is pretty bad. Waited 25 minutes to order. Then another 15 minutes for waters. Had food at 50 minutes after sitting. Food was ok, but not worth it for the price with bad service. Not sure if sides are actually bottomless, never offered a refill of anything.

Great customer service. Great food, great taste. You can't be the bottomless sides. Great atmosphere. Great overall experience. I highly recommend Red Robin.
