Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We dropped in with a group of 20 and the Assistant Managing Partner, Mickey Sturdivant, was so good to get our group set up in the same location. We had to wait a bit but that was understandable when you bring such a large group in like that. Our waitress was quick taking our orders and very good at matching up kids with their parents even though we were at different tables. She served us calmly and made sure we had everything we needed for the evening. Again, Mickey thanked us for our patience and wished us a Merry Christmas several times. The food was brought out as ordered and very good. Nice visit!

Celebrating my 64th Birthday i really wanted to try your Big Yummy Burger DEAL. The greetings and seating by Amanda was awesome 👌🏾. And the Manager was very nice and came out to check on me and my bowling partner Beverly She was very happy to celebrate with me and really enjoyed eating here for the first time in her life.

First one in at 10am. Floors were dirty and very sticky. Place smells bad. Food was as expected.

My child started choking and the staff was no where to be found to assist. My husband was with our kids and had to send our 6yr to find me in the restroom. He ended up throwing up all over the floor. After I got there still no one from staff around. I had to go to the kitchen and yell in and the older guy in a hoodie told me I know we are getting kitty litter to clean up the floor. By this time my husband had our son outside checking him out in the day light since it was so dark in there. My daughter and I went back to the table to get our stuff - the guy in the hoodie followed us to reassure the other table near us that he was getting kitty litter to clean it up. Only then when I made a comment about no staff around to help or even check on us did he ask if the child was ok. Do not go!!!!

Opted for take out and ordered a Caesar salad with an option for Salmon versus Chicken. Although slightly seasoned well, the Salmon was overcooked/dry. Sweet potato fries were cold (for inquiring minds, I sampled on the drive home. So yes, they were cold). Disappointed 😞 Wait staff were very friendly. I won't count them out for revisit. However, the 2 ⭐️ will have to remain for now.
I guess that's why sometimes it best to make groceries, shop and cook for yourself. And, then I could also have leftovers.

I use to love red robins donatos pizza but this time when I took my friend for his birthday not only was the food bad and tasted freezer burned the restaurant was extremely dirty including the bathroom and had a sour smell our server was very nice also tip her but I will never go back there

Honestly disappointed on how COLD the burger was when delivered to our table. And the sweet potatoes fries were BLEND and STALE.

I haven’t been to a Reb Robin in probably 15+ years… and I suppose I won’t for another 15+ years either.

I love the atmosphere and helpful staff though. Nice place for a big group it seems. Spacious and trendy yet retro! Endless sides and yummy malt/shakes seem like a good perk for some. Noticeably slow on the “endless sides” refills… I witnessed two different persons tried and had to wait for their one and only refill for so long that one of them barely got it right before we got our bill.

Perhaps their kitchen is understaffed? Otherwise what can explain the cold food and slow fulfillment of orders/refills? I sincerely wish them the best of luck, won’t be surprised if they don’t have repeat customers due to the products they deliver.

A 3-star review is already on the generous side if you were to ask me. I took a peek and their avg is 2.7 stars after I initially wrote mine without adding more commentary :)

Had a lovely lunch here.. the waitress was wonderful.. very attentive and always asking if we needed anything. The manager walked around and asked if everything was satisfactory.. pleased with our pick for lunch that day and will definitely go back.
