Salad bar has become disappointing. I understand now charging for salad bar add on but not acceptable to give me less than what i was use to getting when it was a side order substitutions.

I would love to give a review but I went in Monday august 3rd and my littles brother drink had ants in it!! I expected better! I try not to complain but besides that our mashed potatoes were so cold

There's nothing like the fresh hot yeast rolls. Salads are cold and crisp. Best value for choice beef anywhere in town. Servers are attentive and quick. Never had to ask for drink refills.

I was disappointed in the quality of the food and how slow the service was. There were not a lot of people in the restaurant but it took longer than I would have expected. The waitress was nice tho and the changes due to covid were good and refreshing.

This is the worst Ruby Tuesday ever! They sat us at a dirty table. We asked for a towel to clean the table, never brought. They brought silverware with the dessert before the food, the spoons had hopefully food caked on it. We asked for a cup of hot water, to soak the silverware, the water turned colors, meaning the silverware was dirty. Then they brought the food, no silverware, when we asked for silverware we were told some was being rolled. They brought wet silverware. It took another 15-20 minutes to bring the check. It was a bad experience and we eat at other Ruby Tuesdays all the time.

Our server was excellent, recommended Texas Tea which was better than expected... food was good however arrived late because they had a party of 20 or so guests...kitchen was backed up because of that...and that would have been fine, but food finally arrived and the first bite in my mash potatoes was a big piece of plastic...so that totally ruined the meal for everyone....didnt even recieve a discount except a causal apology. Not even a manager stopped by after that incident...Again not our server's fault....probably wont eat here again.

Food was good. Too few people working last night. Had to wait too long to receive our food. Never saw Manger. They must have been hiding. I'm being generous with 2 stars.
I ordered the Prime Swiss &Mushroom Burger and it was delicious! I ordered it well-done, and it wasn't dry. Service was great, too!

Our waitress was a very nice and friendly lady, which was really the only good thing about our experience. The place looked run down and gross before we even sat down. The items in the salad bar were still frozen and had little flavor. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and I took a few bites and it tasted okay and then I took another bite and pulled a large piece of parchment type paper out of my mouth they was balled up. I’m guessing it was from the burger or balled up in the lettuce. I think our waitress was the only one there and it was lunch time on a Saturday. We couldn’t even find anyone to let them know what had happened with my burger until like 5 minutes later. Once the manager came over, he really wasn’t that apologetic and seemed almost annoyed, though he did removed the burger from the bill. I’m really shocked that this place hasn’t closed down yet..especially if this is how they usually run. I would bet they won’t be around much longer
