Love the food and service. Did not like the seating. We were right by the bar which was extremely noisy. I would prefer better ambiance from such a nice restaurant.
Service was top-notch and absolutely perfect. They treated us very well for our anniversary dinner. Would highly recommend!
The service was Amazing and the staff was very attentive. The food was delicious and delightful! I will return!
We dined here yesterday, overall the food was good I can not complain, what I can complain about is the service, if you want good service this is not the place. I've had a fair of experience at high dining restaurants and this one was by far the worst.
Worst service I've had at Ruth Chris. Server didn't check on us like she did her other tables around us. I asked for a sweet tea she gave me unsweetened tea with a tablespoon of sugar just sitting at the bottom of the glass. Steak was over cooked asked for medium it came out well done. My husbands drink from the bar was watered down because the server waited so long to bring it to the table.
I was there during Furniture Market. The Service was choppy. We got our bottle of wine with our entrees and the entrees came immediately after salads were delivered. I think the sheer volume of people made it hard to keep things on track. Because the restaurant was crowded, it was very loud. The food was good and a good value with the $55 3 course meal.
It was crowded and very noisy. Noise level is one thing but the food quality (stake not done to order), long delays, and everything else seemed like poor or lack of planning. You know Saturday 7 pm would be busy....So, plan accordingly!
Even though it was slammed, Aiden provided excellent service and was very kind to us. We felt well taken care of and enjoyed speaking with him.
Wonderful dining experience. It had been a while since I visited a Ruth Chris, but it certainly did not disappoint as my wife and I celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary.
Food was excellent from the appetizer to the desert. Service was fast and awesome! My only problem was that it was my Husband Bday and I had to remind the waitress of that so that his Happy Birthday plate could be brought out. When I mentioned it she offered it to go and I was like no I want him to have the full experience. She brought it out decorated nicely! So overall wonderful experience!!

The food was good. Server was very friendly. The one thing I would say is that it was a business meeting and three hostesses stopped by to check on us. The server kept interrupting our conversation sometimes it's nice just to talk and I appreciate people checking, but it was a little too much for me too many questions felt a little rushed to also try and upsell on wine dessert when we clearly said we didn't want any.
Steak over cooked. Just about everything was an up charge. Service was very slow. For some reason, this was out of character for Ruth Chris. Been here multiple times, but overall this was not the best experience for the price you pay.
We were disappointed to see a restaurant go down so badly. The ambiance was “worn out” and “dirty”. We almost walked out before we were seated. But my husband was hungry. The tile in the foyer was broken. The floor was filthy. The rug was missing its corner. Our table wasn't ready so we sat while we waited ~ the chairs were worn out and uncomfortable. The steaks were as good as ever. The spinach was good. But the Ruth Chris' salad was not up to par. It tasted limp and mayonnaisey.
We are usual customers at any Ruth Chris across America. This Ruth Chris was by far one of the worst. The mashed potatoes were not good. Our shrimp was burnt at the bottom and we couldn't chew it. The only reason I gave this place a two was because the steak was really good. this was a very disappointed experience. Even the customer service wasn't up to par.
We recently returned to Ruth's Chris in Greensboro to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and once again, everything was absolutely phenomenal. We were thrilled to have the same incredible server, Mikayla, whose warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism made our evening truly special. She remembered us from our last visit and provided the same flawless service that made such an impression the first time. We enjoyed the tomahawk steak again, and it was every bit as exceptional—perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and full of rich flavor. My daughter had the filet mignon, which was tender, buttery, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The General Manager also went above and beyond, taking time to personally help us select the perfect Left Bank Bordeaux to pair with our meal. His genuine hospitality and knowledge added an extra layer of excellence to an already memorable evening. From the food and wine to the service and atmosphere, this was another world-class dining experience. Ruth's Chris Greensboro continues to set the standard for fine dining, and we'll absolutely be back and asking for Mikayla again.
