The yummyest, fresh food! The best service! It's nice and clean!
The food here is good the service here is not. They do not care about their customers they just care about the money. I placed a to go order for chicken pho which was $17 and my broth spilled in the bag because the lid was not closed tight. I called back just to get a replacement broth not the chicken or herbs just the broth and the woman said she would make a replacement. Soon as I get there she tried to charge me another $17 because they do not sell the broth without the chicken and herbs. I had to go to another restaurant just for broth. This was such an inconvenience. I was so disappointed. Here’s the pic of the broth in a bag.
Great authentic Vietnamese food
My husband and two kids stopped by for a quick dinner. We had 3 waitress moving around and serving. Understandable. But it was so horrible because we order our food and half way through we were wondering about one of the dish we order. We asked one of the waitress and they went to check on it and informed us that the kitchen forgot about making that dish. Ok cool. So my son and daughter and I were out of water. We waited for at least 20 mins and still no one came to check on us. We had to stop one of the waitress and asked for a refill. He looked annoyed and mumbled something and walked away and came back. We still thank him for pouring our drinks. We got done and went to pay and the other waitress came to the boss and informed that we didn't leave a tip. The boss said that we didn't leave no tip and demanded a tip for her waitresses. I'm thinking to myself that I pay for my services. If my waitress isn't refilling my drinks and looks annoyed and mumbling under their breathe I would not tip at all. But I still ended up giving 5.00 tip anyways. I told my husband that if he wants to come back and eat there he can. I'm not going back due to poor service.
I’ve gotten takeout here before on a work trip and thought the food was good! The service was quick despite the lunch rush and the restaurant was packed with large families. Not sure about how the dine in service is but I’d come again
I came to Saigon Cuisine with my family hoping to enjoy a nice meal together, but instead, we had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. There was a girl working there — short hair, with some white dye — whose attitude was absolutely unacceptable. From the moment we walked in, she was rude, unprofessional, and acted like we were bothering her just by being there.
We were polite, respectful, and simply wanted to have a nice dinner as a family. But her tone, body language, and overall behavior made us feel completely unwelcome and uncomfortable. It's honestly shocking that someone with such a terrible attitude is even allowed to work in customer service.
Food can only go so far when the service is this bad. No customer should have to deal with that kind of disrespect, especially when they are paying to dine out and have a good experience. Management seriously needs to address this kind of behavior, because it reflects very poorly on the restaurant. If this is the kind of service that continues, I highly doubt we (or many others) will ever return.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Food is a hit or miss depending on what you order. I like the vegetarian menu here.

I would give zero if possible. Four people and mandatory 20% gratuities. That’s crazy. They didn’t even add water during our meal.

This restaurant changed my life. My life was a living hell and I was suffering asthma because of a stroke. After I ate the broken rice with pork chop, I was filled with joy and peace due to the medical efforts of the food. Broken leg, failing heart, decreasing health, I was on the verge of death. This restaurant came into my life and things were turned right side up. I was earning a ton of money and everything is going better after the taste of the pho. COME TO THIS RESTAURANT IF U WANT UR LIFE TO BE TURNED AROUND.
Parking: Too much larking
Kid-friendliness: Kid loving
Wheelchair accessibility: I was on a wheelchair because of a broken leg and this changed my life. A restaurant this immaculate can do anything!! Come visit pleaseeee

The food is amazing. I had the chicken and rice noodle soup which was phenomenal! I added too much of the red chili sauce which made it extremely spicy. So I recommend going easy on that unless you can handle spice. My sister had the spicy beef and pork soup which was also amazing. My brother had the Saigon special fried rice. Hands down, that is the best fried rice I have ever tasted from anywhere! The servers were friendly and the food came out very quickly. Overall, great experience and will definitely be visiting again.
Parking: The parking lot was kind of small. Around the time we went, it wasn’t too busy but I could imagine if the restaurant was full, there would be no parking available.
