No mobile carts for disabled customers, one lady was struggling then I saw one in the aisle so I told a cashier, and she act like she didn’t hear me. Customer Service is bad everywhere

Easy membership process to get joined and in the store....but as soon as you get just past the electronics section, the overwhelming smell of feces is VERY prevalent! It was almost overwhelming and god awful. If this one item is cleared up, the whole of the experience would be very positive. I actually had to use the restrooms while in the store and the bathroom was very fresh smelling and pleasant, but the warehouse shopping area smelled like a diaper free for all combat zone.

This has to be one of the worse Sams Club and I've been to plenty. Customer Service from an hourly employee is non existent and even rude. If you need a manager you have to be in the store bc good luck calling bc they rarely answer the phone! The only reason I haven't switched to Costco is bc they don't do curbside yet. Visited last week and I told the customer service checkout girl that someone just walked in without a mask and she told me I can go tell him if I had a problem with it while pulling her mask down multiple times after I asked her not to. She or the manager didn't even know their own mask policy which is posted at the door. Sent an email to corporate I'm so fed up and we will see if I get a response. I don't have high hopes Extreme lack of training which ultimately, come from the GM or Regional Manager.

I made an online order with Sam's I was worried when it took a week before I could get a scheduled pick up time. I was very surprised when I got to the store and there was a line around the store to get in. But the line moved quickly everyone was keeping their distance, they were keeping the number of Shoppers down inside the store. When I got to the door they handed us a wipe so that we could all wipe down our carts. While shopping in the store I noticed several people cleaning door handles, cleaning actual windows for the frozen food and the dairy isle, and I also noticed there was someone walk down and cleaned off the swipers in between customers at each register. The store seem to be pretty well stocked with a basic stuff you needed that had plenty of bread milk and eggs. The cashier was wearing gloves and I even picked up my own receipt instead of her handing it to me. It was just little things they were doing constantly in the store to make sure everybody felt safe.

While I don't like to mention names, I feel that the management and customers should know. Allen at the membership desk was a complete j**** Not helpful and clearly did not want to help customers. I will never shop here because of his pompous attitude. How in the world is he working in retail? Absolutely terrible.

This Sam's Club had ***SERIOUS GAS PUMP PROBLEMS***None of these Pumps are Reliable. They can't destinguish the difference between a Debit/Credit Card. It slows down business & is outrageous in a high tech market.

I live in Guilford county but most of the time I go to the Sams in Danville Va which is about 25 minutes away. It's more customer friendly in many ways like checkout for one Today 9/9/2019 I went to the one on Wendover which was the worst experience. I have a plus card and an advantage card. When checking out I had chosen 3 items that were discounted. I had items that we're for 7,11,9,14.99,and $12 .my total came to $74.04. I replied what? And....had $120 in bonus points according to the cashiers. This cashier said I could not use my card Two terrible things that made me feel soo embarrassed that I leave the items and go to the desk and I also called the company 1. I was given my$120 cash on the card she claimed that something was wrong with 2. My card is in excellent condition. There is nothing wrong with my card Go figure.! I left feeling that I should never visit this store AGAIN!!!

Crowded as always.. scan and go app is your best friend. Beats standing in line waiting to check out, the. Checking out at the door as well. Lots of great buys, and the home bakery is wonderful!

I wanted to order 3 pizzas at the food court but apparently you need a 24 hour notice for that to happen. So I paid for two pizzas and a friend of mine bought another pizza. When They called me to pick them up the cook was frustrated and said that we can't order 3 pizzas because we were together. I said no I paid for two and my friend paid for one. He threw the pizza on the counter and walked off. We complained to the manager but I doubt if the manager said anything to the associate. Just another day of poor service at Sams Club.

The customer service desk is never staffed with enough help and so slow!!! There is always a super long line and a lot of times only one staff doing both returns and memberships!
