A small locations. They have fresh bagels daily. Different flavors like everything and apple cinnamon. U can get a spread like cream cheese (they have diff flavors, my fav has walnuts and honey)or a meat. Theo can toast em. Yeah it's quick they offer quality breakfast or snack bagels for the run. U can see ur food prepared behind the counter. And the service staff are helpful and relatable. Down to earth shop for a personal comfort food.

I only get bagels, but as a former NYer, these are the best in Greensboro. Nobody comes close to the same outside crispy chew.

I’ve been wanting to try this place since it opened and finally got a chance and figured it was safer now that all the kinks were worked out. I really wanted to like this place but the food in my opinion it is not worth the price. Looking at the menu and prices I was expecting a NY/NJ sandwich and it came out in a large plastic container with a 6” hoagie sitting in the middle of it. I was disappointed the chicken Italiano didn’t have fresh mozzarella. All around it was just disappointing I guess for spending $28 on two mediocre sandwiches (with the “free”chips and a $2 can of soda). I understand inflation but I’m still hungry.

Also, it was an hour before closing when we stopped in and there was so much personal family activity it felt like we were intruding as customers.

I used to love this place and go all the time. Then they started substituting my order without telling me when they were out of stuff. Also, their food, I have no idea why, but it's just not as good anymore. Not sure what has changed. The sausage suddenly started tasting like freezer burnt every time I went. For a long time there, they were also out of items a lot. It's been a super bummer.

Very small bagels. Stopped in around 11AM on a Friday morning. Zero clients. Manager was sitting at a table on her phone. I ordered a poppy seed bagel with scallion bacon cream cheese & a small coffee. The coffee station is self serve. The specialty coffee pot was empty. I informed the manager & she left it empty. The decaf & regular coffees were old & not hot. I couldn't find the scallion nor much bacon on my bagel. Poor quality food & very poor customer service. Don't waste your money or time in this establishment, they don't care.

Horrible experience today. I ordered my food and my total was $7.46. I give the cashier a 20 dollar bill she hands me back 10 dollars and 10 cents. I asked what was my total because you gave back $10.10. The screen says my change is $12.54. She stares at a deer in headlights. Finally I’m assuming a younger sibling has to come over and give me the correct change. Second customers who walk in after me receive their food before. This will be my last visit to the store.

Overall a great deli. A go-to for bagels. Establishment is under new ownership, new owners are great welcoming people and go above and beyond what they can to meet your needs as a customer. There’s not a single bad item on the menu and the prices are reasonable.
