Best Mac n cheese! Gooey and cheesy. Perfect balance of tanginess, creaminess, and saltiness. Great texture. The fried chicken was super moist inside and crispy outside. The collards were just perfect. The staff is lovely and make you feel right at home

We came on a Saturday afternoon/evening so it was the brunch menu but ohhhhh myyyyyy goodness. No wait and I’m assuming it was because it was UNCC’s hoco. We really could’ve been there for only an hour, but we were really enjoying the food. Food was amazing. Service was perfection. I need Luxe to be closer to me. Get the luxe on the beach or the salmon and grits 10000000000000 out of 10. I was so full I was hurting on the way home.

Customer service was above reproach! Far exceeded my expectations! Greeted with a smile and courtesy, service was prompt, waitress was polite and aware of our needs.
Food, AMAZING! Everything was cooked perfectly and portions are very filling-enough for leftovers! Best smoked Gouda grits I've ever had in my life!
Establishment was very clean, perfect mixture of music at the right volume.
Our waitress was training another waitress, perfect trainer, the absolute best waitress experience ever. Very impressive!
Oh, let me add they sung Happy Birthday beautifully to my daughter. They can SANG!! Definitely the cherry on top!

Guess they were short staffed but everything was amazing. Salmon could be more flavorful but listen don't let thay stop you. I've had food from my homegirls plate and it was really good. Wings , grits , the SIDES BABY...yea go get you some soul food.

A server was very rude to my family he raised his voice at us. Also, we had a 45-minute wait, but there was no one that ever showed up. When I got the food, I would say that for the price, there could have been more sides, and none of my food was seasoned . For all, theirs food looks so good, but none of it was seasoned. And my bread was hard.
Food was good just chicken was too big and not fried hard enough for my liking .. but other than that i rate 8/10 very great vibe and overall experience

All joking aside, the food was so good I was rendered speechless. Collards and fried okra cooked to perfection, and idk what the chefs do to make the catfish nuggets, but oh my are they delicious. I come to Greensboro frequently for work, and Luxe has definitely earned a repeat customer! A few notes: -I walked there, but looks like it’s street parking. -Make a reservation if you want a table, but the bar has seating if you don’t want to wait. -They’re a busy restaurant and everything was FRESH—have patience with the wait staff. -A lot of reviews complained about the dress code. I think they just don’t want folks rolling out of bed and coming in. It’s not “fine dining” or hoity-toity, it’s a contemporary vibe. They welcomed me wearing sneakers and jeans. -Get the catfish nuggets. Really. Do it.
I usually never have a problem with this place but this time was TERRIBLE! The chicken was still clucking!!! & after saying they would remake my entire order they only replaced that one piece when there were several more pieces that were exactly like that!!! They have lost my business FOR GOOD! ?

They menu is completely inaccurate. They offer order online but every time you attempt to do it they say it’s not available. They never answer the phone. The menu says a meal come with two sides and a bread but they charge you for the entree and each side is $5
