Smokey Bones Greensboro

The ribs slid right off the bone. Yum! And the old school music made the atmosphere fun.

On our way to Virginia, we stopped for lunch. I was nervous bc the restaurant was pretty empty, but surprisingly the food was absolutely delicious. I had the BBQ nachos and my kids had burgers. No complaints. The waitress was very sweet. The only thing that was off was the smell. I'm not sure if the grill causes the restaurant to smell weird or what. But it's worth them working on that. But overall, it's a good restaurant.

I went to smokey bones with my family and the service was extremely slow which was confusing because the place wasn't busy. My aunt order an alcoholic beverage and it arrived very late. Once she received it, she didn't like it and asked for a different option. The bartender or manager came over and informed us that they have a "company policy" that states that drinks cannot be refunded once ordered. That wasn't written down anywhere nor was it stated when making the order of the drink. On top of that, the manager was very rude and seemed to want to be argumentative about it once it was questioned about where this "policy" is located. I will never go back there.

Craving a Margarita, we stopped by for a quick bite. I had the homemade Brunswick stew. There was hardly any smoked pork, and this stew was watery.
