Smokey Bones Greensboro

I go to this restaurant often with my family, the food is good the have great customer service this one guy who works there his name is Tay he dose an amazing job and always make sure the people get what they ask for, he works really hard he will make you enjoy your time and want to come back!

Pretty gross place. Maybe because I’m an out of towner, I don’t know how things roll in these parts of NC. But from the hostess to the waitress. Pretty bad. Took forever to be seated when there really weren’t a lot of people In the restaurant. Not the friendliest staff. Bathrooms were filthy and the men’s room smelled terrible. Service was lagging and the food took forever to come out and was pretty mediocre. I ordered the carved turkey and it honestly looked like it was just a clump of meat taken out of the fridge and heated up in the microwave. Def didn’t resemble a sliced, smoked turkey.

Went by to eat said they closed at 1am we got there at 12:10 the waitress said we did last call at 11:30 and said it with a nasty attitude. Very disappointing

Kayla was awesome she kept communicating with us about wait times. Food was amazing didn’t need any steak season for my steak.

Food was delicious. Even though they had a huge catering order, our food came out in a timely manner. Our waitress Kayla was very nice and served us very well.

Tee and Kathy were phenomenal. They made me want to start coming back to Smokey bones. Their loving spirits are unmatched and make my day every time! I would recommend asking for them!!

Smokey Bones is a fantastic spot, mainly because of the exceptional service. Every visit feels special thanks to the outstanding staff, particularly Tee, the bartender, and Kathy, our waitress. Tee's expertise behind the bar is matched only by her friendly demeanor, making every drink a delight. Kathy’s attentiveness and warm personality made our dining experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting Smokey Bones and asking for Tee and Kathy! Their dedication to great service is what makes this restaurant a standout.

Kathy was fairly new, but she had the heart and spirit to make our evening a very memorable experience rather than just having good food. I would say yes the food was good, but she set our dinning experience up a notch.

I was very disappointed tonight as I arrived to Smokey Bones the outside area and both inside area smell like cow manure it was a very distasteful and heinous smell

Wife and I just moved here from Texas- we try not to be biased when it comes to other bbq but this place was a miss with the food, the drinks on the other hand made up for what the food lacked and our server Patty, was absolutely amazing! Super attentive and we saw them working back of house while tending to the front, it’s hard to find good service sometimes, so Patty is a gem in the rough to us. 10/10 service 5/10 food

This place smells REALLY bad when you first walk in. Like sewage and dirty mop water. There was a line out the door waiting for the host to come back. We decided to eat across the street.
