Left a $300 deposit they lied and didn’t show up and kept our money then said sorry they didn’t have it to give it back. They have returned $100 so far from October because they spent money that wasn’t there’s and can’t pay it back. Told me it would be refunded in 24 hours and they was a no call no show making our event food less. 0/10 would not Recommend very unprofessional.

We booked smoke and Mac for an event months in advance, as well as gave them a deposit to secure the day when the day came They was a no call. No show left us hanging when we reached out to them. They did say they had an emergency that came up but any notice before the event started would’ve been professional and preferred.
On top of being a no-show, they also took our $300 and haven’t refunded us yet which they said it would take 2 to 3 days to refund but it’s on Cash app so that makes no sense but we waited the time and now they’re not responding and have it refunded us our money Extremely unprofessional highly do not recommend using this food truck for any events you have

I ordered a kids Mac for 10$ for me, and a side of 6 shrimp for 8$ for a friend. The shrimp came on top of the Mac and cheese(we didn’t request this) and they only gave us 3 shrimp instead. I couldn’t try it because I’m allergic and the shrimp was on my Mac and cheese, but I was told that the portions were way too small for the taste and price…

SWIMMING in grease. Just layer after layer of liquid grease and oil in it... which is NOT GOOD. after a 1.5 hour wait at the food truck. Not worth it. Update: My partner got physically ill from eating this food because he spent his last 20 dollars on it before he gets paid tomorrow and had no other food at home. Started throwing it all up about an hour later even after trying to drain all of the excess orange grease/oil and separated liquid. DISGUSTING. Clearly no standards here..

We had Smokin Mac today at the Randleman Food Festival and OMG it was delicious! I have heard amazing things and I am sooo glad they were there. Very professional and nice.
