I ordered a kids Mac for 10$ for me, and a side of 6 shrimp for 8$ for a friend. The shrimp came on top of the Mac and cheese(we didn’t request this) and they only gave us 3 shrimp instead. SWIMMING in grease. Just layer after layer of liquid grease and oil in it... which is NOT GOOD. after a 1.5 hour wait at the food truck. Not worth it. Update: My partner got physically ill from eating this food because he spent his last 20 dollars on it before he gets paid tomorrow and had no other food at home. Started throwing it all up about an hour later even after trying to drain all of the excess orange grease/oil and separated liquid. DISGUSTING. Clearly no standards here..
We had Smokin Mac today at the Randleman Food Festival and OMG it was delicious! I have heard amazing things and I am sooo glad they were there. Very professional and nice.

I actually was introduced to this food truck at the food truck festival. The line was long and I had to wait a long long time; however the food was excellent. I ordered the fully loaded mac-n-cheese with brisket, bacon, and chicken minus the shrimp. I am now craving it again but I cannot remember the name of the brick and mortar building and where it is located. Please advise!!

They iz dead ssa wrong for serving this lil itty bitty piece of delicious ssa cornbread with the meal, but seriously…I’ve been rocking with Smokiin Mac since around 2018/2019 and the food is always on point. The one time it wasn’t…they made it right!!!
