I actually was introduced to this food truck at the food truck festival. The line was long and I had to wait a long long time; however the food was excellent. I ordered the fully loaded mac-n-cheese with brisket, bacon, and chicken minus the shrimp. I am now craving it again but I cannot remember the name of the brick and mortar building and where it is located. Please advise!!

They iz dead ssa wrong for serving this lil itty bitty piece of delicious ssa cornbread with the meal, but seriously…I’ve been rocking with Smokiin Mac since around 2018/2019 and the food is always on point. The one time it wasn’t…they made it right!!!

Smokin mac food truck was ok. I think I would have enjoyed another menu item much better. It was prepared and presented well, but I wasn't expecting the flavor profile. I would try it again but did not personally like the carolina chicken.
