So was a little mixed leaving this review because normally I have great service, but since i’ve been going in the mornings this one young lady who doesn’t seem to like doing her job has been doing a terrible job making my açaí bowls. I order the same thing every time, extra granola. Why is it that the quality of the who bowls is so different depending on who’s working. I’ve had to ask her to remake it because it’s been made wrong or to add more granola because as you can see in the picture there’s barely any. Everyone else is great, but the fact that i’ve had to adjust when i come and eat there because i don’t want to waste me money or get bad service is terrible.

Still having a good day even though the employee was in a bad mood & projecting negative energy towards me & my child. Very inconsiderate person who doesn't deserve to interact with the public for a company like smoothie king. You all should get better representation of what your company core values are & instill them within your employees.

I came in this morning to get a smoothie and I thought everything was going well. There is an odor to the restaurant, that kind of makes the atmosphere less pleasant. The employees were not very friendly, they had attitudes. The person who I was getting the smoothie for said that if they had combined the ingredients correctly the drink will come out purple. I had stated that I guess it came out purple they both turned to look at me and said what did you say, frowning. I simply restate that the smoothie came out purple smiled and left.

This location is extremely unprofessional and rude.
I walked in to the location after ordering a smoothie online. Before I arrived at the location I attempted to call the store to notify them of potential cross contamination that Id experienced at a different location. I didn't assume that Id experience the same issue but I wanted to be sure that it didn't happen at this location either. The last smoothie I purchased from Smoothie King (the other Greensboro location) had obviously been in a blender that wasn't cleared of the previous coffee smoothie, I could tasted the coffee in my smoothie. Caffeine can kill me and I missed the opportunity to notate that in the online ordering system. The phone call was my attempt to course correct so that they didn't have to remake it, however, nobody would answer the phone.
When I arrived, I walked into this Smoothie King and called the store again to see if there was an issue with the phone. Instead of them answering it, I watched as they stared at the phone ringing. This wasn't the most frustrating part. As I stood in the front door, I explained it was me calling and that they needed to answer their phones. They asked me what I was calling about, I explained the cross contamination issue to which they very rudely (while talking over me) notified me that I could've let them know when I ordered online. As we were now past that point, I explained to them, I was calling to course correct, and because they didn't pick up the phone, they have to toss my old one and remake it. Money wasted because they didn't pick up the phone. This is what type of employees are at this location.
Still, this wasn't the most frustrating part. I left a review with corporate to be CALLED about the issue and THE MANAGER OF THE LOCATION SENT ME A TEXT MESSAGE. This is the unprofessional part. IN NO WORLD SHOULD A MANAGER TEXT ME OR ANY CUSTOMER ABOUT A CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE. HOW OLD ARE WE???
If your manager can not talk and conduct business like an adult, they do not need to be a manager of a store.

Last time I did the review, I had given it one star because of how terrible the experience was and said I'd give it another chance. Which I did, so much better and quick! I appreciate this place and the smoothie was very good. The service was amazing, the fellow working was sweet and helped

Ashton took my order at 8:52 when the store was set to close at 9:00 his attitude was amazing given the circumstances and he was sooo nice. Smoothie King give this man a raise!!!!

I typically don't care enough to leave long negative reviews and be a karen but this was genuine theft. About two weeks ago I came in for a smoothie bowl order that was placed online. Got there and the staff told me they were out of the acai. The staff were nice, so I can tell they felt bad about the situation. They couldn't give me a refund while in store without the manager present and said I would receive a call from management for the refund. It has been two weeks and not only did they steal my money, i never heard from management (even after attempting to reach out and contact the store).
I will not be returning. I know I wasn't the only one, I saw many receipts in the pile for refunds. It isn't worth the trouble to fight for like $10 but not providing me my product and then not following through with a refund is theft. I'd also like to note that I attempted to reach out to a corporate office, but there is not a corporate customer service number (at least not that I can find easily) so I have to go through the store by either calling or going in person. If I am unable to get ahold of them by phone, how am I supposed to be assisted? So disappointing and extremely unprofessional.

I'm sure it's more people with complaints who don't type out a review so this is a review from the community. CHANGE THE STAFF! The psychological dissonance is shameful; especially when people come in just to get a smoothie & get met with irrelevant challenges. CHANGE THE STAFF!

I drove 30 minutes to get an Açaí bowl, got there at 7:30pm, they were set to close at 8. They were refusing to take any orders and already closing up. I sat in the car trying to find another place to go on google and they had the lights off and door locked by 7:40pm. Don’t go unless it’s hours before closing, or they won’t serve you

I understand things happen and stickers of orders get missed placed. But your workers dont have the decency to ask the order your waiting for. I ordered in store so she knew I bought a smoothie but I waited 25 minutes. Went up and told them mine hasnt come out and all I got was a oh sorry sometimes the tickets get misplace. After I waited about five minutes as the only person in line to place my order. I should’ve asked for my recipe and formally complained.
