This morning the worker Ms. Zawadi wasnt pleasant nor did she greet anyone as we came in. She didnt ask what I needed. I watched her walk back and forth fixing to go orders coming in but she didnt even acknowledge me being there. I gave my order anyway, she rang me up while holding the blender measuring pitcher in the other hand and she fixed my smoothie. I said I really hope you have a great day and she finally responded.... Part 2- My smoothie is extremely tooooo sweet. I get smoothies here a lot but today I can't even drink it. Being that I am on my way to work there is no time for me to go back. I tried calling the store to speak to a manager at 8:10am but no one answered.... I shouldve known and walked back out when Ms. Zawadi didnt even acknowledge, speak or anything. I know we all have bad days but this is not good service at all.

I'm new to smoothie King... I have been hearing and seeing my coworkers talk about these new delicious smoothie bowls and decided to try one. I ordered two bowls and both were made very soupy upon ordering.. and by the time I got them back to work (7min) they looked like gumbo. My other cowork (who orders one almost every other day) couldn't even eat hers cause she didn't have a straw! We were very disappointed ?. The consistency of what I saw versus what I got was waaay off. Buyer beware!

I wish I could give this place zero* because it's hogwash! On 4/29 eve, I sent my two daughters in to get me an Açaí bowl. It was 100% overfilled liquid! I opened it up huge mess everywhere! on top of that my daughters were told they had no spoons after they were served! These workers are rude and it's just nasty and they're! I'm never getting anything from here again! My daughter is begged me not to take it back in the store and demand my money back. I honestly wanted to take it back and opened it up on the counter and then have them deal with the mess. Just disgusting! I throw it in the garbage.! Waste of my $$!

When we first walked in, it smelled sour and was kind of off putting however the smoothies were amazing and more than what we’d hoped for. Very creamy and yummy! Although, I’ll most likely frequent the other location due to the smell, everything else was spot on!

Today was my first time coming here I ordered power meal pineapple and Spanish no where in the ingredients it said BANANAS he submitted the pineapples and thank god I tasted it before my son did he is allergic to BANANAS this could have been a big issue and if I had time to come back up there I would throw the drink right in the guy face who fixed it... You need train the workers to fix it how it says..

I have personally witness how a female worker/employee interact with certain customers. I'm not sure of the employee name but she kinda chubby, brown hair. Let's just say she treats brown people differently. She even said to one customer that he made her uncomfortable because he was in there with a young girl ( who just happened to be his kid).. but she didn't know that or asked. Just go for yourself and watch/observe.

I just got the nastiest smoothie I’ve ever had from here. They’re usually pretty good about making smoothies and I’ve never had any issues with this location but I just paid for something I can’t even drink because it’s disgusting.

Had a great first time at this location. Every employee was beyond helpful and enthusiastic to be there. Prompt, friendly and an overall great environment. Gabe, the manager I presume, was amazing. Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone for a great smoothie.

My experience was just off the top amazing. The amazing lady zawadi helped me pick out a drink and it was amazing, as the black folks say she stuck her foot in it. She was kind and sweet and respected everyone that was in the store. Overall great service. Btw if she not a manager y’all should make her a manager!!!!’
