I order my food threw door dash ..AND THEY WAITED A GOOD 40 mins to say my order was picked up already they was lying…MY ORDER WASNT PICKED UP..My dasher was waiting…THIS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAD PROBLEMS WITH THIS LOCATION ON SUMMIT….I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THAT LOCATION AGAIN….NIGHT SHIFT JUST LAZY…

I’m literally sick of this sonic it’s really shameful that every time I come I have an issue with something as mediocre as a fast food order. Posted below are two separate photos of the beverages I ordered. I ordered two blue coconut slushies with strawberries (nerds in one which they did not have). Tell me if anyone sees strawberries. There are literally specs. I even spoke to the cashier to ask if I could have more strawberries and was told one scoop is allowed that is not one scoop of strawberries. This literally happens every time I come there’s always an issue with an order or me missing something in my order it’s sad that this continuously happens. I’ve literally been coming here for over 7 years since I went to school nearby. I’m done. i spent an extra .80 cents per cup for the added strawberries!
Along with the crap service the app sucks! I’m now assuming at a certain time it’s cut off which happens ALOT at this location

They don't let you order at the kiosks. They ask that you through the drive thru. We asked for cheeseburgers and they gave us burgers with no cheese. They then took them back and still didn't add the cheese. It took them 3 tries to make 3 cheeseburgers. Heard them talking bad about us when I went inside to ask for cheese.

I ordered a number 4, with a blue raspberry slushy added nerds. They didn’t add the nerds and the burger tasted nasty and old even though I asked for it to be made fresh

Beat to heck location. Everything's ng falling apart. Staff got the order wrong, mischarged us, and was painfully slow. In fairness it was 11pm on a Thursday. Food was fine otherwise, Sonic standard.

Worker under hood his car. Understandable things happen but maybe parking away from the drive thru would've been better.

Customer service wasn't bad the guy was polite...the young lady at window..Im going to assume that she is new so I'll leave it at 😒

Initially I said I was going to this location b/c the restaurants on Summit are trash especially their service. Today I was in line waiting…a young man came out saying if you go to the side they can get your order quicker. I went to the side and no one never came to take my order. All the cars that were in front of me went through the drive thru and the other cars that parked ordered and got their food. Here I am still at #8 and no one came to take my order neither advised it will one moment.
I went to the Gate City location customer service and food was better.

They cheated us and did not care to correct THERE mistake. They didn't give us a receipt. Worst cst service i have seen in yrs. Cld them to inform them cause they lacked not giving us a receipt nothing they can do.. ck open everything up and ck your orders open up you sandwich ck it. You order double you get single and charge you for double... the ie managers on duty I'm sorry nothing I can do you don't have a receipt.. lost my business.

It used to be the best Sonic in the triad. Lately. Hasn't been as good. Slow service and the slushes taste funny.
Updated 10/17 For the second time in 2 months. I ordered ahead at this location and chose stall pickup. Once again, the screen prompt indicated that someone was coming to deliver my food. After 5 minutes, i pressed the button to check on the status again and the employee informed me that I needed to pull back through the drive thru. I ended up having to walk in and retrieve the order myself. No refund or free was offered for the inconvenience. I ended up having to email corporate.
Don't use the stalls at this location. Don't tip. Or just find somewhere else.
