I only go here for slushes and drinks usually but the one time I decide to venture out and try the food, it molded. I get home and I’m greeted with a molded hot dog bun. I ate half of it before I noticed so I pray I don’t get sick. Hopefully it wasn’t completely molded on the bottom but either way…gross. I attempted to call the location immediately after and no one is answering. I was there at 8:30 pm and It was plenty of workers there but no one is available to answer a call. Never again. You can tell me yall didn’t look at your product before making a hot dog…

Ordered medium grape slushie in app. It had no flavor Other than water. I thought it was me, so sipped more when I got home. Still no flavor. Too tired to get out the car to complain. Luckily for app it was a $2 mistake.

Very rude customer service. We ordered mozzarella sticks and proceeded to ask for marinara sauce at the window because they had forgotten once we started to check the bag. The cashier was very rude and said “it’s already some in there” which is wasn’t so she grudgingly gave us ONE. Then we realized the mozzarella sticks weren’t even in the bag so then she goes on to rudely ask for the receipt and proceeded to say “Y’all didn’t pay for no mozz- oh nvm it says it right here on the receipt” no apology no nothing was offered after all the neck rolling she did and attitude in her tone. Even after she saw that we were charged for something we didn’t receive the kitchen insulated we were lying and checked our bag just to finally decide to give us what we ORIGINALLY PAID FOR. The nightmare doesn’t end there. Once we got home to fully enjoy our meal we discovered to have been given a chicken sandwich instead of the cheeseburger we originally ordered. Mess. Unorganized. Unprofessional.

Horrible! SHUT THEM DOWN!!!! Pointless to file a BBB complaint, as this Sonics location is not accredited. They will point you in the direction to file the complaint with the local franchise owner. Furthermore, this would be pointless, as I've tried on 2 separate occasions and have NEVER HEARD back from the franchise owner ? It's apparent that this establishment only cares about the advantage of taking money from hardworking consumers vs. ensuring that you receive 100% Great customer service!

My first time using the sonic app was extremely confusing and not worth it in my opinion. Had to go inside and inform the staff my app glitched or something. Not worth the hassle for a 1/2 drink. Will continue with drive thru and no app. Staff were nice though.

I’m very disappointed and upset. This is disgusting on so many levels. I love to eat the ice and the fact I opened my cup up to this is crazy. I usually eat at home and tonight was the last straw. No more fast food for me. I’m beyond disgusted. I also had the chili cheese dog and it was very mid.
