all i came here was for two drinks today. i paid at one of the drive in spots and waited for 30 minutes until someone finally came with our drinks. however they told us we didn’t pay… we saw them ring up the order again on the screen a minute before they came with our drinks. they told us to pull up to the drive through to situate it. i had to pull up my BANK STATEMENT clearly showing i paid for it and yet they said they never received the money. 40 mins and a whole lotta nothing later, we leave without even getting our drinks because we had to ‘pay again and come back for a refund’. if you wanna waste 40+ minutes for nothing and some horrible service, come here. you know it’s bad when the other sonic in greensboro warns you about this one

Sonic in general is great but this location could use a revamp in terms of customer service. My last visit was so bad that I had need up cancelling my order. I would think it was just a one off but on my last few visits, the experience wasn’t favorable either.

Ended up stopping by this location after leaving the Summit location. I went through the drive thru…unlike Summit the line move pretty fast and the worker ( I believe Charity) was very pleasant and nice. The young lady working the drive thru window who took my money and gave me food was pleasant as well The sonic burger, tots, mozzarella sticks were hot and delicious. The all American hot didn’t taste too well. I believe the relish was too bitter.
The only thing that was missing was my marinara sauce and I didn’t receive any ketchup which I didn’t ask for but I don’t recall being asked if I needed any either. However, I was about the marinara sauce
Other that’s the only reason why I gave this 4 stars..missing sauce and the relish on the hotdog wasn’t too good

Order two double cheese meals the patties were cold the bread and when i call the restaurant the so call manager was very Rude over the phone the first time she hang up on me and the second time was worse than hanging up the phone. I don't understand why this type of people are allow to work as customer service in places like this I suppose to take the food back but we have small baby and Im disable so driving 6 to 7 miles back to get anew meals was no a hard decision The manager name was Came something with the orange hair I guess she is getting pay big box to have a horrible Customer Service. DO NOT get fast food from this place a least the manager it is your friend other wise food will be garbage

Just had an excellent experience at Sonic! Not sure who manages this location, but kudos to the team for their professionalism and great service. The staff greeted me warmly, took my order efficiently, delivered it to my table promptly, and even checked on everyone in the dining area about 10 minutes later. Truly a well-behaved and attentive team! Keep up the fantastic work—way to go!

Don't walk, run away from this place. Everyone in there is unprofessional, even the manager. It looked like a club when I walked in to exchange my drink. All the female staff hair was butt length and acrylic nails was out of this world with jewels all over. I will never return to this location. It needs new staff and definitely new management. The food and customer service is trash. Staff is very rude.
