I love the beer selection and the atmosphere here. It was a nice place to catch up with old friends without being overwhelmed by a lot of people. I would be at a 5 star rating if the service from the bartender didnt have an unpleasant attitude. Bartender poured the drinks well and was efficient, but seemed miserable. I understand that not everybody has a great day but there was no need for the attitude. Other than that I love south end and will be returning

This is a happening spot. Packed it always seems.
Plenty of seating and the star is the two patios. Large tables and also fire pits with circular seating. Inside has plenty of seats, the bar itself, with TVs etc. Food can be ordered inside and staff brings it to you regardless of where you sit. Simple menu but their Ribeye French Dip ($13) and Rosemary Parmesan Fries ($6) are worth a go. The fries' portion are large enough...

Laid back, counter service, wooden bench seating at picnic tables. Fresh food, very tasty. Friendly staff. Good selection of drafts. Cool decor, modern industrial. We were there mid day on Saturday and the crowd was light. Parking for this area in back is $11. Street parking is tough.
