Ordered an light iced matcha. They handed me a hot matcha with 2 ice cubes in it and seemed annoyed that I pointed out the error. Huh??? The new CEO should really consider improved training and service in order to improve its bottom line. Starbucks customers pay more because they expect a particular level of service and quality. Starbucks isn't the same as it once was.

After not going to starbucks for months because the people who work for starbucks being rude and intIltiled and they get mad at you cause I been in the drive through window for 15 min after you got my money for a Frappuccino for asking for my money back I will continue to not go to starbucks and will continue to support independent coffee houses

DONT GO HERE ! This is one of the worst Starbucks on campus ! Don’t ever go there unless you’ve got ample time to spare. Lines are long and they are slow as molasses. Also felt racially discriminated (cuz I was not black) here as many students literally after me in line their drink (simple Frappuccino) while mine was just sitting there to prep.

Starbucks For the past 5-6 years me and my wife have bought gifts for all the partners in our store that we love to goto as a family . This year we gave teddy bears to women and gift cards to men . There was one partner that got a special gift from my daughter and me $50 gift card and a forever friendship rose She did not appreciate the gift and was offended . So she to her store manager and told him he started some paperwork towards me . I spoke with the barista and apologized for offending her and she was good with that . Next day I come in to store and manager hands me a paper saying I have been banded from every Starbucks for misconduct and that I was perusing this female who is my daughters age . . I was taken back by this the letter also wrote that I was after other female baristas in store . I’m a married man for 32 years a grandfather to 3 grand children and 2 daughters. Why would I Persue family in the store that I’ve known for several years and been giving gifts to for appreciation for all these years . Now I have been banded for a miss understanding that was handled . But it went up to district manager and his boss and they chose to make me an example . Starbucks is me and my families place to relax together . I go in there 4 times a day to buy white mocha or Carmel brûlée .I’ve called corporate and they give me the run around if this is how they treat customers this is bad business and discriminative towards me person who goes to enjoy his time drinking and eating and enjoy other customers that I have made relationships over the years . This is the store at Pisgah church rd greensboro Nc . What else can I do to get back my sanity and be able to enjoy Starbucks again . All the baristas know me very well and they would say I have never hit on them or treated them badly . I did things for all the managers that have come that store to help them and this is how a customer gets appreciation I get kicked out of all there stores. What can I do ? It’s frustrating .
