I had a great experience at Starbucks in North Carolina! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to grab a coffee, get some work done, or just relax. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring that my order was made quickly and correctly.
I ordered a Caramel Macchiato, and it was perfectly balanced—smooth espresso, creamy milk, and just the right amount of sweetness. The pastries were fresh and delicious, especially the warm butter croissant.
The store was clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of seating. Even during busy hours, the service was quick, and the baristas were cheerful and accommodating.
Overall, this Starbucks location is a great place to stop for a quality drink and a pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be back!

This is my main Starbucks I go to when I’m in Greensboro. It’s hit & miss got an ice cinnamon dolce latte & didn’t put whip on it. They sometimes make your drink the way they want it. Please make my drink the way it’s on the menu

Totally messed up our to go order. Got the food wrong and fixed that before we left. 15min down the road we realized they had put SYRUP in our lattes…yuck! Mine was decaf and I don’t trust that they even gave us the right drinks. I called and first the girl said “I didn’t make the drinks”. Seriously?! Does she want me to call each employee in the Starbucks to find out who did? I asked her if we could be refunded our order because we can’t drink these and will not add 45 minutes to our trip (out west to clean up a flooded property) to go back and have them fix it. She absolutely refused and said they can only remake it if we come back. I asked if they’ll remake it on Sunday on our way back and she got short with me but said yes, and when I said in we’ll be back Sunday she simply HUNG UP on me. We used to stop here all the time but so t any more!

I like Starbucks... But... Because of that fact, I probably gave them a higher rating than I should have. There were staffed more than adequately, so why did it take more than 5 minutes for my order to be punched in? And out of the 3 items I ordered, why would 2 out of the 3 be made incorrectly? I would not like to think that it happened on purpose, but if it looks like a duck, has a beak and feathers, quacks, and has webbed feet, it could be a goose but more than likely, it's a duck...
Parking: Perfect for motorcycles, scooters, bikes, but it's a tight fit for anything larger. It's at the end of the parking lot in a strip mall. It's different. You'll see...
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. The "dining area" is the sidewalk out front with a busy parking lot and drive-thru. They'd be better off in the vehicle lol
Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access further on down the parking lot. It'll be a challenge, but it's possible

Out of the 100 times I’ve ordered from the starbucks drive through, I’ve never waited 30 minutes and not even had that wait acknowledged. I ordered at 6:22pm and left with my order at 6:50pm. Not even an “I apologize, we can’t find the ingredients for your order” or “I Apologize you had to wait that long.” I was left in line after they took my money and didnt even had a warning, meanwhile I had my cranky one year old in the back. Never again doing this to him.

Everyone was rude and had scowels on their faces. Also, the fact that there are no seats available inside makes it hard for me to enjoy Starbucks with my toddler because I have to take it to go.
