While placing my order at this location’s drive-through, I experienced unprofessional and discourteous customer service. The cashier appeared rushed and spoke in a rude manner, despite there being no other vehicles waiting in the drive-through at the time. Additionally, the employee who handed me my drinks displayed a negative attitude.
When I politely asked to add a hot chocolate to my order, I was told I would need to re-enter the drive-through line, even though there were only two other cars present. This response felt unnecessary and dismissive.
I have never encountered this level of rudeness at this location before, especially given its proximity to my home. The overall interaction reflected poor customer service and was disappointing.

The staff aren’t so bad but the drinks are horrible ! It taste like no coffee and straight milk or water. This is the exact reason why I stopped coming here and NOW i’m never coming again. Waste of $27 !

I remember now why I never go to this Starbucks anymore , I waited in line for over 10 mins I ordered an trenta ice coffee with raw sugar and dash of cream ( there was no cream ) and an iced Carmel macchiato with soy that tasted like there were no shots of espresso in it and very very little Carmel. I was in drive threw , I went to go in and the line inside was just as bad . I used to enjoy this store now it's just bad .

The staff here were simple wonderful! We had a spill on the patio and a worker popped right out and had a replacement for us and the mess cleaned up before we even realized what happened, and they were super graceful about it. Thank you for being kind on a stressful day!
