I will never place an order via drive thru ever again with cashiers. I will forever place my orders through the app due the fact cashier on hand attempted to over charge me. She couldn’t lie to me with a straight face. Jokes on you honey. Now you got that void on your register and looks like to me you had the kid size available. It was truly for my kid. Baby don’t ever try to play me I know y'all trying to make money on this holiday but I wasn’t the one.

We just ordered our drinks and we were very clear what we wanted and they screwed up two of them and blamed us for ringing it up wrong when it was the employees fault. They rung our order up wrong and I went inside to ask them politely to fix them. I go inside and the one that took our order in the drive thru turned off her headset and started back talking the customer that was outside. I’ve gone to this one more than once and there was also one time I tried to pay for my drinks in change because I had so much and they said they couldn’t do that. Which is a lie because they’ve done it more than once before. People everyday pay in change.

Every time I come here the drive thru line is horrible, wait for 20 min. And barely move then only to arrive to the window to someone who isn’t happy and doesn’t ask how are you or is everything ok. They just take money and bye.Not worth your time , go inside no drive thru
They dont value you as a customer they just want your money. The management is poor here I would not recommend, was a regular taking my money where I'm valued as a customer.

I've been going to this Starbucks since 2021. I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars with this establishment. One of my normal and regular orders on top of the $20 I'm spending is a tall cup of whip cream. I literally come to this one everyday they know my order. Now they don't want to even sell me the cup of whip cream. I know they don't care about losing customers but they definitely lost me and my family as a regular. I hope they get new management and they get the placed cleaned up as well. Bad business. Would not recommend this Starbucks

My partner and I work on an ambulance and had made a mobile order for our beloved Starbucks coffee, when we got there the in store was closed due to staffing issues, we can’t fit the ambulance in the drive through so a lovely young dark skinned lady with curly shoulder length hair possibly named Zan, brought us our order outside and we were so very thankful and appreciate her kindness and help! We appreciate you so much! She’s deserves a raise!
