Hazel was EXTREMELY rude. I asked for a simple change to my online order—change the grande to a venti. (I had accidentally placed it before I was ready) She refused to do it, and instead of offering a simple solution, made me buy a SECOND grande. $16 for what should have been an $8 order.

Cal gave us Amazing customer service and consequently made my opinion of Starbucks change. My daughter’s drink was made incorrectly and without hesitation, Cal asked for the cup back and made the correct drink for my daughter. Cal was sweet and professional every second of our interaction. I absolutely give Cal and all the staff at this location 5 stars!!! Best staff at this location!!!

I will drive out of the way to go to this starbucks because they always are so nice and depending on who is working will know what I want before I order. ☺️

💔 This is now the second time I've had a truly disappointing experience at this Starbucks. When I tried to give them another chance… they served me a grande drink in a tall cup, the taste was awful, and the staff were rude, dismissive, and arrogant. 😠 Starbucks is supposed to be a place of comfort and consistency, but this location has completely shattered that trust — twice.
If you want to ruin someone’s day, send them here. 😤

There is an undertone in this location that is so negative. One of the female baristas always looks so miserable its as if she's determined not to smile. One visit I had there the baristas were complaining about a fellow worker I assume. I will not be going back to that location. I wonder where is the manager?

The drink I ordered was fine; however I am currently losing my voice because of allergies and the barista who took my order made fun of my voice, which was very rude and disrespectful.

⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ If you want to be publicly shamed by an employee, then definitely visit this Starbucks location!!!!!! 😢 After placing an order with a few add-ons, I was shocked to find out that one of the baristas posted my NAME and order details in a Reddit thread, mocking my request 😔. It felt like I was treated like a "bad guy" for simply ordering what I wanted, and it’s so disheartening to know that a place I trusted would gossip about me like this. 💔 I felt personally attacked and deeply betrayed. If you want to feel violated, humiliated, and like you're not welcome, this is the place to go. 😡 I hope Starbucks takes this seriously and ensures that no one else has to go through this. 😞

Workers were laughing and talking the whole time no one took my order after like 10 minutes, they continued to talk and gossip at loud instead of doing their job. I left and didn’t buy anything.

Recently started driving a few miles further to come here because they *always* get it right. Cafe > drive thru stores always. Just don't love the East African men that loiter and smoke hash all day out front.

A bit disappointed. There was about an inch and half of drink missing and when asking the barista she said that’s just the foam and thats how much you get. They were all drinking on the floor. It took about 10 minutes to get it fixed
