I'm not a fan. Overpriced coffee, the food is on par with the microwave stuff from the gas station. If the coffee was priced right, it does have good flavor. The staff at this location is always friendly, so I gave it 5 stars for customer service.

I visited this particular location three times.The first time, my visit went well. They do not accept Apple Pay and you can’t pay through the Starbucks app, though. Nonetheless, the male barista was friendly and polite. He is the reason for the 3 stars.The second and final time I visited, there was a young female barista. During both visits, I was made to feel as if I was bothering her. She was not friendly at all. Beyond that, she rushed my drink and as a result, I had to remove the top to finish mixing my drink. It was enough to make it my last visit.

This particular Starbucks is inside a Harris Teeter. It is always quiet, and the staff is friendly. Right now, you can only get a grande size drink, so the menu is quite limited.

3-5-22This is in the Harris Teeter. It is to the right as you enter in front of the registers. It seems positioned to get your order as you exit rather than before you shop (if you were doing both). This said, it is perfectly placed for a hit and run for those stopping in for just coffee.I don't drink coffee, admittedly hate it, so I can't speak for their product. However my kiddo likes the Pink Drink ($4.45 for tall). So we get this periodically at random locations.I can speak for their service, timeliness, etc. The employee completing our order/transaction was Canaan G. according to my receipt. Quick. Super friendly. Seems to want to be there. While I don't get the hype with Starbucks in general and this just isn't my thing, I do recognize good service when I see it. Customer service exemplified relative to other locations we've stopped at in other Harris Teeters.Keep at it.

Their mobile order pickup system needs some work. I had ordered on the app and still had to wait 5 min while they were busy until someone was available to give me my drink from behind the counter even though it was already ready. And even with that wait, they hadn't put a plug in the lid of my hot coffee order to keep it warm.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Granted the barista had 3 complicated orders in front of me. After waiting 30 minutes I said I had to go. It’s a black cup of coffee and he couldn’t make the drinks he was trying to make. To Top it off he gets a tude when I ask for my money back. Terrible.
