I just wanna start by saying a big thank you to Graham. i had preorder my drink and didn’t realize i picked the wrong size. typical i don’t buy coffee as i Absolutely Love their Matcha, but i’ve been trying to venture out and when i realized i had gotten the wrong size, he kindly made me another one. he was so kind and caring, it made my day, so thank you again Graham. The Starbucks is on our way to church and we always order in advance as much as 15 minutes in advance like today we get here and always have to wait. They just now started. This got to be the slowest lace Starbucks I’ve ever been to.
Inside was closed... Not sure why as there were people inside but it seemed like there was an event. Had to go thru drive thru

Have gone here for years, recently quality has been inconsistent. I order simple coffee drinks nothing overly complicated. It seems you get less coffee more ice or less coffee more milk. Not sure if a franchise decision or corporate but if you pay more and quality suffers you won’t keep customers.
