Ordered before I went through security... Arrived to 15 or so in line. It said 3 -6 minutes ETA. ALL the people in line had ordered and were all served. After 20 minutes I wanted to cancel it. They simply said, call corporate. Wow!

5/7/25. Flying out very early of GSO and was very happy to see Starbucks in the terminal. They were just opening. I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The two ladies working there were nice and helpful. Coffee and the sandwich were delicious and hit the spot!

Worst Starbucks location. Employee took so much time confirming if they have Bagels available. She wasn't polite either. People don't know how to say pardon or sorry. They say What which is shows their level of education. Hire some well mannered staff.

November 2024: Nice Starbucks at the airport close to gate 24. Got a coffee â and a cinnamon raisin bagel ?.
Both were great ?. Definitely hit the spot for my 645am flight âïž.

Ordered coffee here both on arriving and a few days later leaving. Both times they got it wrong and were busy texting on their phones whilst customers were waiting. I gave the order, they repeated it back to me, and then printed it wrong and made the wrong coffee. Both times with dairy which Iâm allergic to.

Brittany was very nice at the register today and had a smile and personality! My God how refreshing in a day where that is almost no longer existent!!!! Ordered stuff for breakfast and lattes. They were out of what I ordered and they all handled it with extreme kindness and humor! The team was joking, laughing and working together! Again, wow! Rare these days! We were there July 18th around 11:30am for management to know who was there to give them compliments and maybe a raise. The one time I wanted to tip at a Starbucks it wasnât an option here. Well done ladies and team!
