The store at Greensboro, NC Airport is not open past the opening time. The two staff members have headphones on and are ignoring questions about when the store opens. They make eye contact but then look away. This is despicable behavior.

As a Starbucks employee, I know they did not shake my refresher. Both team members on duty were rude and stand offish. I also paid for a pastry & then they didn’t offer me anything after they told me they were out. They acted weird when I asked for a refund even though they were out and I had paid.

As a partner store, I understand that keeping inventory to match demand can be tough. They seem to always be out of items.The most frustrating part of this specific location is the fact that any sandwich you get is always cold or frozen in the middle. I am not exaggerating when I say that my last 4 visits I have been served a breakfast sandwich that is absolutely disgusting. I’m ok paying the high price due to convenience, but not ok with a cold or frozen sandwich. Disgusting.Also, they seem to be understaffed a ton. An airport location I assume would focus on efficiency, instead they are slow at times, to no fault of the employees

I travel a lot and have been to this Starbucks a few times. They’re usually okay. However, today I had the worse psl ever. I don’t usually leave reviews but the drink was terrible.

This is for the GSO airport location.Good for grabbing a drink on the way to you gate. It is located near Gate 26 by the gift shop.We grabbed a drip (coffee was just okay) and a bunch of souvenir North Carolina cups.The staff was very friendly and I loved that they worked together to fill our order and to package our cups to go!Midas 4-stars for the friendly and attentive service.

The crew that was working the closing shift on Thurs 6/15 at 6:15pm was fantastic! I only ordered a cup of hot water but as soon as I walked in, they were one of the most attentive and friendliest teams that I’ve met at any Starbucks.

Almost the worst Starbucks in America.Okay, it's in the airport terminal, so, yeah, no atmosphere. The employees are rude, and always seem to have a bad attitude. If you order your food hot, you may get warm edges and frozen centers.....

I am a frequent guest of Starbucks primarily because it's consistent: great coffee, great service and great food. Unfortunately this isn't the case at the cafe on the south concourse of the Greensboro airport. The person at the register literally told a guest she was holding her up from reading her book and told me she was no longer selling food unless her manager told her she had too. It is 7:45 on a Monday morning. Unbelievable! And the coffee is cold which I have never experienced. The airport is very quiet so it is definitely not from being too busy. Save yourself aggrevation and go to the ACC American Cafe. Much more pleasant experience!
