There is an African American girl that worked the drive thru 1-19-2026, every time she works the drive thru she messes up my order, has a terrible attitude, and doesn't even apologize for her mistakes. Today I paid $13 for my order only for her to hand me a sandwich and a cup of ice. She needs to be fired indefinitely.

I was going to go through the drive-thru but when I saw that the person at the order teller was taking a long time to make their order I went inside. After standing at the front for a couple of minutes and nitrates being acknowledged I walked out. Funny enough a new car was at the order teller when I walked out and they already had their order taken, so I went to the location at target. They took my order right away and I got my drink within a couple of minutes. This location is probably good if you dont mind waiting in the drive-thru for 20-30 minutes or so is my guess.

Not many people in here and the customer service is pathetic. None of the usual pleasantries. No smiles. No joy This staff is not happy. Not very busy either, three inside and 4 cars in line. Haven't seen this at any Starbucks in a few years. Mgmt should investigate.

Don't order a vanilla cream cold brew with brown sugar and vanilla syrup. You're basically going to get watered down cold brew with absolutely zero flavor at all. Such a disappointment. Do better. For the price we pay for your drinks, they should be made right and your employees should take pride in their job. If they don't, fire them and find folks who want to make good drinks!

Terrible service. I sat for over half an hour for a cup of coffee. Bad treatment. I don't recommend anyone go there.
I was driving home from a trip to Greensboro and I really needed coffee so I put the closest en route Starbucks in my GPS. I was floored to pull up to such a visually stunning building that loomed over the area and I really couldn’t pick my jaw up off the ground when I saw the doors open up into the wood awning. Actually remarkable work and I’m shook that it was in Greensboro of all places. Other than that my sugar cookie latte was delish and I thought the baristas were kind and efficient. I would be too if I worked in a spaceship like this, but unfortunately the Starbucks I used to work at was very boring and inside of a department store so I didn’t get that small architectural joy when I clocked in.
