First off I'm on crutches. I waited patiently in line an hour this morning for a limited edition starbucks mug, usually for these releases target staff makes sure everyone acts orderly so its fair. A very hateful woman who got there way after me, and was multiple people behind me, ran in front of me and grabbed the very last one available. Starbucks staff did nothing about it and acted like I was the problem!! This was my only shot at getting this for my girlfriend for christmas. Im VERY disspointed in the Starbucks crew for how this was handled and the fact that they allowed someone to treat me, who is handicapped, literally like shit. If you are handicapped, GET COFFEE ELSEWHERE!!

Today (10/23) at 5:45 pm I stopped at this location & I overheard one of the black woman employees complaining to a target employee about how she just wanted to go home and I saw the (target) employee trying to talk her into taking our orders and she just refused to. After hearing this, I obviously decided to leave. I don’t want someone who clearly doesn’t want to work making my drinks. I’d expect a better experience considering speaking to customers is 99% of your job.

Rude! I walked up to the counter while the employee was placing someone’s order down. And just with a little humor I said oh I didn’t even place an order yet. She said well is your name Laura. I said no it’s not and she just stared at me. She gave me a completely hard time with a smart mouth when I had the simplest order. I asked for 2 shots of expresso and she looked at me and said “what”! Absolutely unpleasant experience. I didn’t get her name bc she shortly after walked in the back. She was a black girl with brown and purple braids. Wears a glasses. I too am a black girl. Please work on professional etiquette and better customer interaction bc I was moments away from really sharing verbally the disappointment of my visit. Unacceptable
