Love this place, only thing is. There's one employee that works the Drive Thru a lot, and she's very nice! But her hands always seem to be a little dusty and dirty from working so hard. It can get slightly uncomfortable thinking those hands have potentially touched my food. Do you guys utilize gloves or utensils when handling food?

I got an iced white chocolate mocha and it was horribly made. My cup wasn't even full & nearly all the ice was melted. Espresso was also super bitter as if they pulled a bad shot and served it anyway. I usually go to the one on wendover but I noticed this location opened up so I decided to try it. Never again 👎🏽

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Service was awful. Left to go to the tried and true Pisgah Church location. Cashier was rude and condescending . Will be contacting corporate .

Super racist, super rude and super long waits. I stood in line, ordered and waited, they cleared out the whole restaurant (including individuals and FAMILIES OF 6 that came in after me) before they made my drink. The girl with the black bob at the register had a horrible attitude and my order was still incorrect

There was no line and we ordered right away then a 25 min wait for two coffees. There was one guy filling orders and 3 women standing around doing nothing. The coffee was weak and cold. This was the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had.
