Just went through the drive thru at Starbucks on 12/15 at 8 pm and Na Na was super helpful regarding my app, and the other girl at the drive through with her I think her name was Ana she said. Both of them are super sweet and when I didn’t like my drink at first, I was going to pull off and drink it until Ana saw my reaction and took initiative and asked me if I wanted my drink remade and I said yes. I was not expecting any of them to ask about my drink for it to be remade🥹, usually when I don’t like my drink I will just drink it and suck it up but I had just got off of a late shift at work and was craving Starbucks on top of that I had a really rough late shift and their kindness made my whole night better with the drink that tastes amazing and something I can enjoy. Their customer service were over the top amazing! Will definitely be coming back!

I just sat in the drive through line at this Starbucks at 5 pm for 35 minutes (stuck because there’s no way out), ordered two chestnut praline lattes and they both tasted like straight black coffee. I went inside and they offered to replace them. A barista named Landon made them, and when I received my new drinks, they were literally only half full. Ridiculous.

Our drink orders were messed up, one tasted like straight ice and one tasted incorrect, we went back in to get them remade because our total order was $30… for $30 order you should be making our drinks right :) a girl name Maciah was at the register who we first spoke to, her customer service was nothing short of rude and needs improvement, another coworker named Bella stepped in and had a great attitude and was very polite to us and made our drinks the right way on the spot. Thanks Bella! 🩷

I thought I liked this Starbucks but it's one of the rudest starbucks I been to. I get it's busy but a couple workers got an attitude when I asked if my order came through. Sometimes you DO wonder if the order actually came through if it takes 20+ minutes. No one's rushing anyone, you just wanna make sure it's gonna be worked on because mistakes do happen. Also they talk about customers loudly on purpose.

They were very busy but very helpful. We had a minor problem because we decided to switch from drive-thru to in-store pickup and they had no problems switching and helping us. Definitely recommend the store

One of my favorite Starbucks locations in Greensboro. Clean, updated interior, the new single cup coffee brewer machines (aka decaf all day), lots of comfortable seating, and friendly staff. Parking is a bit limited and the drive-through window keeps the place busy, but that’s to be expected being located in Friendly.

This location is easy to get to. Dining area is welcoming and clean. Staff are friendly. My drink is pretty consistent in taste each time. I rarely have a wait and parking is adequate, considering it's at a busy shopping center; but some days parking is difficult to find.
