I was waiting for my drink when I overheard a worker talk very loudly towards another worker while she was making drinks. The one that shouted and said do we have a problem to the girl that was working in a very uneasy tone. It was very rude and unprofessional. Not a good

The staff here is incredibly rude. They forgot one of our 4 drinks, and after waiting 20 minutes for the last drink, we asked about the 4th drink. The barista responded with a tone “we make them in order you just have to wait.” (Then stared us down.) After asking again because people who arrived long after us had already gotten their drinks, we asked again. At that point the manager realized that they had forgotten our last drink. There was no apology from the rude worker, and I would not go to this location again. I always enjoy the service at Starbucks, and this location does not make the cut.

Drive-thru service is always on point. I randomly come to this location when I’m passing thru Battleground, and yes I am aware of the nearby neighboring store. For a rainy Sunday, exceptional wait time with their speed. But I felt compelled to give compliments to whoever made my SF vanilla coffee Frappuccino with the caramel sauce drizzled inside my cup, that was by far the best Frappuccino I’ve had.

Mobile ordered my coffee 10-15 minutes ahead of time. They admittedly made the drinks out of order so we had to sit at the window an extra 10 minutes until I drove off with no coffee in hand because their incompetence was going to make me late for an appointment. I called them and told them what I did. They said to come back when I was done and they would remake it. Came back and they gave me the drink that’s been sitting out on the counter for two hours. So my cold foam was nonexistent as well as the ice.
