They don’t prioritize your order by what order came first. Have 6 people in there and they still suck at they job. Some just standing around. Terrible work ethic.

Jorge n kenny on Saturday 11/29 night, were super awesome. Not only did they greet us, we shared some laughs and gossip! My wife was taken back by the 2 and how they reacted to a remake. It was not just the respectfulness but the breath of awesome customer service! These 2 guys were what its all about! Thanks to Jorge n Kenny

I was disappointed was on the way out of town stopped to get a white chocolate mocha frap and 2 sandwiches. The sandwiches were microwave so long the bread was hard and chewy. Not sure what I had to drink it was very dark … when asked about the color was told it was the coffee in it, it tasted like a diet chocolate cold drink . Been to many Starbucks get the same thing all the time . Threw the drink away and part of the sandwich. Want be stopping there again . Oh well waste of money and time.

If you are a doordash driver I would recommend you not pick up at this store. EVERYTIME not sometime but EVERYTIME i go to this location they have never acknowledged me but they see me when they are placing orders on the counter. I literally wait in disbelief but they have NEVER. disappointed me. You will lose soooooo much time. My wait times had be 15, 25 and 30 min. So unless it's a big dollar order go to another location. There have been more employees in this store today then I have ever seen (7) and the same thing. 15 mins now. I guess I will engage with the next person who comes to the counter.

We were here to get the bear cup and they only had one available on the shelf . I heard one of the customers say they called and was confirmed they got 4 cups . We were one of the few in line and when it opened had only 1 cup . The Harris teeter down the road had more than that .Then one lady was threaten to get arrested for stand out there 30 min before opening … This is interesting .

The employee is rude and being racist when i just entered the store, he didnt stop other customer from seating and not buying but clearly said you need to buy before you even seat. While I saw other customer just walked in and seating with out buying but it doesn't bother them!!!!Worst experience ever at starbucks!
