This is the worst Starbucks I've ever dealt with...I just moved back to the area ..This is was my second vist to this store..This first visit i experienced the guy never acknowledged me , was not friendly at all , made me wait until he serviced three other customers , mind you I was there first..And the worst part I felt like he was racists cause of the treatment I experienced from him and he seemed to have trouble pronouncing Murphy..I waited in that store for over 15 minutes..Unexceptable. No apologies, no nothing just a nasty look..And as if that experience wasn't enough..I went back on yesterday. This time I did a mobile order..That was the worst Brown Sugar /Oatmilk Shaken Expresso I've ever had since I've been choosing Starbucks as my Coffee place...It was so disappointing that i couldnt even drink. But what the worst part was it wasnt even a full Venti. I've been a Starbucks customer for over a decade and I've been all over the country and this by far is the worst Starbucks I've ever been too , especially the customer service..Now I have to get my coffee before I leave Winston-Salem,NC and the one 1 minute from my job no longer gives me that A one Starbucks Customer Service that I'm used too.

I'm trying to get coffee. I shouldn't have to give my name. All the time. And they don't put the sleeves on the cuffs unless you ask for them. So if I get burnt by my coffee and drop it, I will soon

Love this location BUT PLEASE kill this silly music. It's all over the place. Right now Brittany Spears is playing and I have my headphones in and it's BLARING. Turn it down....instrumental so people can focus and concentrate on their work. PLEASE.

Still waiting on my call back from the Manager who claimed they were going to compensate me for 2 messed up Doprdash orders. 2 weeks and counting....

And it's NOT Doordashes fault it was noted by your manager that my drinks were left on the counter 2 times because your staff didn't put them in the bag. And YOUR manager said since it was Starbucks corporate fault for not sending you a printer, then you all would compensate me. Don't try me.
