I ordered a sandwich and tea and realized at the window that I forgot to ask for an ice water. When I politely asked, the employee responded with an attitude and said, “Next time order it back there.” She could have been much nicer — the response was so off-putting that I almost returned everything I ordered. Customer service and basic kindness really matter, and this experience was disappointing

I didn't have any food but this Starbucks is pretty nice to go to. I came here twice and had coffee while in town visiting family and I sat in there a while. This place greets you when you enter (they don't all do that...my kid worked at one) and order came up fast...just regular coffee for me. This place has a ton of indoor seating and lots of outdoor seating so would love to return when the weather is nice and sit outside. You can't tell outside, but you can inside that this place used to be a bank and there is a conference room you can reserve inside for meetings so that's cool. You will need a code for the john but as you order, they will give you the code also.

Brought the bacon breakfast sandwich to my 88 years old mother. She said bread too tough, they let it sit on the oven too long or fell asleep on it .if you want a relaxing experience dont go doing rush hours of people going to work. Employees are friendly but you feel rushed at those times. That's ok. Just that if you are a night shift person getting off from work you are not in a rush.

I went to the Starbucks needed to use the bathroom. bathroom door locked. So I went somewhere else for lunch. try green love coffee at revolution Mill.
I came in and approached the counter and no one asked me to hold or anything. I was just standing there so I decided to take a seat while I was seated, someone walked up and was assisted right away . I did appreciate the person who took my order, she made me a drink that was no longer on the menu. I ordered a danish which was ready before my drink so I was called to the front to get my danish, even though my full order wasn’t ready. I stood there waiting for my drink, but it seemed like it was taking a while so I sat back down as I was there to get some work done. Apparently, I never heard them call my name when my drinks were ready. Another customer actually came and told me that my items were ready. Which is crazy that Although the inside was not busy, they couldn’t speak loud enough to notify me that my order was ready and a complete stranger who didn’t work there was the one who informed me. I came into this location to get some work done, but I did not feel welcomed at all. I usually get really good service at Starbucks, but this location didn’t give that. I won’t be back here.

I’ve been to several Starbucks around town and by far this location is the best when it comes to getting your order correct and staff friendliness. I past two other Starbucks on the way to work just to get to this one.

I come in typically for an iced matcha and am always pleasantly surprised to see a fine young man by the name of Roni. He is always nice and deliberate with his order taking. Roni is a joy to the atmosphere and is great at his job and making the customer feel welcome.
