I am still amazed of how many ppl are brainwashed by marketing into thinking this is good coffee. It taste burnt and awful. It's over rated, over priced and disgusting. I will just never understand and thank goodness I have a mind to think for myself without being brainwashed....purely

Been to this location several times and it's by far my favorite in the city. It's very spacious and clean. Love the music. The staff is friendly and they pay attention to other people complicated orders (mine is so basic). Their ability to tend to the online, indoor, and drive-thru orders is impressive.

Came in to get my birthday drink today. I never had any problems with them getting my order wrong. Well of course the day of all the days, they messed up! I asked for coconut milk, no whip & extra caramel. Well I had whip, hardly any caramel & regular milk in it. In a rush to make my train out of town, I didn't bother to ask them to remake it. I'm gonna regret drinking this damn milk. Smdh

Great location but the service on 12/19/23 after 12 noon was terrible waited in line for 10 mins definitely not Like starbucks for long waits had to end up going in told them they should notify people of the wait ahead of time the guy apologized but it wasn't genuine the cashier rung up the wrong price and the big starbucks cup I paid for in drive through was full price but when I went inside they had a 50% discount on the same cup which I did not receive this is very upsetting
Starbucks is a must have every morning! I love the chai tea latte hot and it's even better iced. But you must try it with almond milk, it gives it a totally different taste that I think you will like. I also get a warm buttered croissant... sounds good doesn't it. You can try any location and customize your order. My favorite locations are Green Valley Rd and Cornwallis Dr, the baristas are amazing. Enjoy!
